Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted. Initial intake was super simple and quick. I was grateful they did not require x-rays. The office was immaculate. I forgot a mask, they kindly provided one. I greatly appreciated their efficiency and timeliness from start to finish. There are 3 Doctors staffed. I had Zach (apparantly the puppy of the crew.) Zach asked questions and took time to discuss my concerns. The office is sufficiently staffed. There are multiple beds for the electrical stimulation tables and they are immaculate. Very impressive office and staff. Thank you guys!!!

I then spoke to the manager there who told everything was not in order and not ready. I expressed frustration and confusion with the manager who denied me service and the help I need. I hope their doctor is nothing like their manager and new patient coordinator. The lack of communication was apparent and evident and if you dare mention they will discriminate and silence you. There was a lack of compassion, communication, kindness and empathy. I hope their doctor is nothing like his staff there. This was not the case when I originally switched to her as my primary care. Dr. Teng also charges for phone appointments which I guess is something new. I called today to get scheduled for my free annual physical and Angela made a point to say "Doctor will not be filling or renewing any prescriptions or discussing and other concerns." I should be able to discuss topics with my doctor during my visit. Due to lack of availability and front desk staff being rude I will find a new Doctor as I was also told.

After my left leg was crushed between two cars, I was referred to him by the hospital that treated me. That was the best thing the hospital could have done for me. Dr. Huang is very knowledgeable, and helped me understand exactly what was wrong with my leg, and how we were going to fix it. He is also very concise and quick with how he explains things, which I appreciate a lot. His office staff are also very kind, and seemingly eager to help you with anything you need. All in all, between Dr. Huang himself and his office staff, it's truly a pleasant experience to be treated by this Dr. I feel comfortable putting my care in his hands, which is very rare for me. Dr. Huang has done all he can to keep me comfortable, and informed of my condition. Perhaps I haven't had very good doctors before, but it feels as though he really goes the extra mile to help his patients. If he did family medicine or something like that, I'd have him take over as my primary care lol. Thank you so much, Dr. Huang and staff.
