Dr. Owens and his staff do an excellent job. They have always been very considerate of me, as a patient, and made me feel right at home!

Dr. Nguyentat is incredible! She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. I have been seeing…read moreher for plantar fasciitis and heel spurs, and I had surgery with her about a week and a half ago. I am very grateful that I chose her as my surgeon. My follow-up appointment never felt rushed. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and we were even able to discuss when it might be appropriate to schedule surgery for my other foot. She is very informative and makes sure you understand what to expect throughout the process. A HUGE plus is how quickly Dr. Nguyentat and her assistant, James, handle work-related paperwork. When I requested paperwork, I received it the same day! I've had paperwork for another condition take months through a different doctor's office, so I really appreciate that they understand how important it is to get these forms completed quickly so your time away from work is protected. The ladies at the front desk are also extremely helpful and genuinely go above and beyond. My husband mentioned that we needed an EDD form and thought we would have to drive all the way to Sacramento to get a copy. One of the ladies searched through her drawer, found an extra copy, and gave it to him. It wasn't something she had to do, but that small act of kindness saved us a trip and meant a lot.Overall, I've had such a positive experience with Dr. Nguyentat and the entire office. From my surgery and follow-up care to the paperwork and front desk staff, everyone has been helpful, responsive, and caring. I truly appreciate the level of care I've received!

Worst place. Receptionists are all rude and transfer you before you even get to finish your…read moresentence. Been trying to reach the doctor I saw "McClintock" and that's basically impossible. Saw him the first time a couple months ago when the office was in Folsom. The scheduled me for a follow up appointment. During that time they moved to Roseville. Did not bother to mention to me that they were moving. Service has been terrible from the get go. There is a reason these reviews are as low as they are. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor. One that actually pays attention to patients. Or you'll just end up changing down the line when you can't get a hold of them or they don't return your calls after you leave messages. Complete waste of time by McClintock and his fly by night outfit.

Dr. Chima is fantastic, as is his MA, Charity!…read more I've been going to this office for a few years and Dr. Chima has always been a wealth of knowledge, understanding, patient and thorough. Charity is ALWAYS happy and cheerful The front office staff is not super warm - well not really warm at all.. and they don't exhibit great eye contact which is a pet peeve of mine considering I used to do that same job years ago... but it's a small price to pay for the physician and his support staff.

Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Dismissive. Arrogant. I…read morecan't believe that I was a patient of this practice for 10 years and ultimately treated like this. I was assigned Dr. Roy Harris as my PCP. Although I prefer to have a female PCP, I was okay with scheduling all of my appointments with his NP Janina. She was awesome, but eventually moved out of state. I then scheduled with NP Wendy and was happy for the most part with the care I received. At around the time she retired, the practice brought a female MD on board. I thought, "Great, I can finally have a female MD as my PCP!" Her profile described her as exactly the doctor I had been waiting for. When I called the office to schedule an annual physical with her, I was told NO because Dr. Harris was my PCP. I told the scheduler that I was not comfortable with a male performing a physical and asked to change my PCP to Dr. Michelle Do. I was told that had to be "approved" by someone named Cynthia in the office and I would receive a call back later that day. While awaiting the call back (which never happened), I started reading reviews online and was appalled by the multiple negative reviews of Dr. Harris specifically. At that point, I was not just uncomfortable with having a male PCP, but with him being my PCP. It took two more calls to the office that week to ultimately be told by Cynthia that I could NOT change my PCP assignment. It did not matter to her that in 10 years, I had never had one appointment with him or that I was completely uncomfortable with him. She claimed the practice has a policy about switching doctors. When I asked for the policy via my patient portal, she admitted that there was nothing in writing. Anyone in health care knows that if it is not in writing, then it doesn't exist. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. By the end of my phone call, the scheduler Roberta and Queen Cynthia confirmed the following: If I were a brand new patient, then I could choose Dr. Do as my PCP. Because I was already a patient, I no longer had a choice. (Whichever PCP a patient starts with is who they are stuck with.) If I wanted an annual physical with a female, then I could schedule with a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant. The female MD in their office was not a choice for me simply because my assigned PCP was Dr. Harris. Their supposed "policy" of not allowing patients to change their PCP is completely disrespectful. Brand new patients have a choice but established patients do not. Their website claims to "deliver personalized health care" and that their "philosophy is to provide individualized care", yet they will not allow patients to have a say in who provides their care. Horrible business model.

Rocklin Family Practice & Sports Medicine - Would recommend going elsewhere for bloodwork. Had to go to the Urgent Care after having a terrible experience at Rocklin Sports Medicine.

I just finished a lymphatic drainage massage with Angella and as soon as I got home, I had to write…read morea review. I feel bad because I started out with one of those (silent service please) cards on the stool ((sorry Angella)) but as the service got started, she gave me tidbits of information on what she was doing and why. She also gave me a few pointers on what i can do at home or on my own time and with that, we just started talking and she walked me through alot of the process which i loved. She was incredibly knowledgeable, strategic, and every movement had a purpose. She definitely kicked my butt (which for 8 days out or surgery, it was to be expected) but it wasn't painful at all. She was able to get all the fluids moving in my body and it was very relieving. When the service was done and I stood up to change back into my clothes, I could notice a huge difference with a reduction of swelling. Even as I'm sitting at home, I expected to feel kind of crappy after because of all the toxins being pushed out but I feel great. I can not say enough good things about Angella. I highly highly recommend for a lymph massage if you're looking for someone! I'll definitely be back!

Do NOT come to this establishment. My experience was extremely disappointing, and the way this…read moresituation was handled by the front reception was unprofessional and lacked basic communication. I arrived approximately 5 minutes late for my appointment (11:20 a.m. for an 11:15 a.m. appointment) and had already communicated beforehand that I would be arriving at 11:18 a.m. I understand that late arrivals can affect appointment times, but what was never communicated was that this would result in losing treatment time or that choosing to reschedule to receive the full service would result in an $40 cancellation fee. Instead of clearly explaining the policy and giving me all the information upfront, I was told after the fact that the fee would be applied. I was charged $40 unfairly for a gift appointment from my friend, who is a weekly client at this establishment. After this experience, I have already encouraged her to take her business elsewhere. The massage therapist also did not provide a welcoming experience upon arrival. Rather than greeting me professionally and warmly, the interaction immediately felt as though I was an inconvenience and that the shortened appointment was being emphasized instead of trying to provide a positive client experience. Policies are one thing, but communication and customer service matter. Unfortunately, this establishment failed in both areas.
