I don't typically write reviews but we had such a great experience with Dr Bailey that I had to share it. I am so thrilled we found him! My 16 year old son was experiencing problems with his jaw. Seems as though it popped out of place after a big yawn. I didn't know how to help him. I took him to his dentist, to a cranial sacral therapist and he had an appt scheduled with a TMJ specialist at the end of the month. Nothing was working and his doctor suggested I take him to a chiropractor. So I searched and found Dr Bailey after viewing his TMJ video on his website. After just one adjustment he felt so much better! Wow! He bills our insurance too! Dr Bailey is who you need to see! I went to Dr Bailey's office after developing sever back pain from working out, i was able to see him 15 minutes after i arrived with no appointment! He did a full diagnosis and genuinely cared about me and my pain. He knew exactly what the problem was and treated me right away. Dr. Bailey and his staff are wonderful. I trained for a marathon this last year, and with Dr. Bailey's help, I finished without even so much as a blister on my feet. His assistant, Shawn is very personable and helpful as well. Many chiropractors never really fix their patients' problems, just alleviate the symptoms temporarily, as having patients with chronic pain helps keep up their margins. Dr. Bailey is the opposite. When I was down once again with a bad sinus infection, a friend insisted I visit Dr. Bailey. Previously, 20 consecutive days of antibiotics hadn't helped. This time, one side of my face was all swollen. I was desperate but could not imagine how a chiropractor could help. Thankfully, I was wrong and within one week I was 80% better. Before visiting Dr. Bailey, I had some aches and pains that nobody could seem to help me with. I'd had several TMJ treatments that had been expensive and lengthy and nothing seemed to help. Dr. Bailey was able to make most of the aches and pains go away permanently and the ones that cannot be cured, bearable again. That's what you expect of a good chiropractor. But what you don't expect is that your chiropractor will genuinely care about you. I'd already been seeing Dr. Bailey when I had my first car accident. And as insurance companies will do, they did not want to cover my costs. I must say Dr. Bailey is pretty amazing. My experience with him has been this side of a miracle. I was recommended to him by my best friend. She had been dealing with TMJ for many many years and many specialists. Despite her lack of respect for the chiropractic business, she went to him as a last resort from the urging of another friend. She was so impressed with her improvement that she urged me to go when my lower back went out on me. I didn't even have an "event" that caused it. It just started getting worse and worse. I spent 6 months working with doctors, physical therapy, and even accupuncture. I was at my rope's end and had pretty much given up on life. My back was so bad that if I even mowed my lawn, I had to call in sick to work the next day. I couldn't function, much less maintain my home. So as a last resort, I took her advice and went to see him. The very first day I met him, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that he doesn't use the old-fashioned "twist and crack your bones" style. His touch was minimal, with no cracking, but had a profound effect. Within a few days, my depression ceased and I was walking normally. I was already seeing big results. Because of my condition, he worked on me slowly and carefully, always with improvement. It wasn't long before I felt totally normal again. Over the course of time, I have also had him address a random ringing in my ears and any other issues that came up. Always with great success. So I can now say that I went from not even being able to mow my lawn to actually going water skiing and tubing and riding a wave runner. For those of you who know, those events can be hard on the body with lots of jarring. I was worried my back would take a hit, but it held up great! Who knew? As for my best friend, she has seen 4x the results with Dr. Bailey than she did with 10 years and $20,000 thru TMJ experts. Can you imagine? Too bad she didn't know about him sooner. As for his "bedside" manner, I can tell he truly cares about his patients. He genuinely cares about you, your life, your experience, and your progress. It matters dearly to him that you reach your optimal health and he will do whatever is in his power to help you with that.
