When I confronted him: -- He blamed "his guys" and promised to fix it himself. -- Days later, he showed up late and performed a **sloppy, unsafe patch job** -- dozens of nail holes in flashing, a poorly cut eave, and brad nails holding it together. -- I demanded a refund, but he stalled, claiming he needed money back from his subcontractor. To make matters worse, his invoice lists a **fake contractor license number** ("VAT Reg No: Lic#lc20190386"). No valid license exists. This is **fraudulent misrepresentation**.
