They were able to get started on our project right away and had great communication with us when things needed to be delayed a few days due to the Line Fire and a rain/hail/thunder storm came in the day the concrete was being poured. Jason is simply a joy to work with. His communication is clear, honest, and reliable. He doesn't overcommit, he doesn't overpromise, and he delivers exactly what he says he will. I noticed this when he did our patio years ago, and it's been consistent in our recent project as well. What stands out most is the way Jason personalizes each job. Both projects had unique challenges, and he not only accommodated them but also prescribed solutions that resulted in both a beautiful finish and long-lasting quality. Another area where Jason shines is customer service--even after the job is complete. My communication with him didn't stop once he was paid. He remained just as responsive to questions and concerns afterward, following through with his word and ensuring we were fully taken care of. I highly recommend JB Concrete. We found Don & his team when our other contractor bowed out due to illness. What a find he is!…read moreWhile we waited for plans to finalize, we asked to commission a painter. He sent the best. We felt every sub contractor Don utilized on our project from that painter through completion was clean, timely and fantastic. We did a small addition (closet, bathroom, laundry room) which required removing a dead tree, retaining walls, doors & windows, roofing, siding, insulation, plumbing electrical and tile work. We never had an issue passing inspection. Since Don lives on the mountain, he was helpful to us as newbies. He recommended product choices based on durability, etc. He offered remedies to the aging home's prior projects that weren't done safely or correctly. When we discovered that a gopher had loaded the existing bathroom wall with tons of dirt, he had a solution and expert to remedy the situation. As other issues arose in our aging home, he offered options without sales pressure as to what would serve us best in the long run, always making the final decision our choice. Safety and durability seem to be top priorities. We appreciated how he guided us through the process. The quality of his workmanship, the timely meetings and billing schedules all made for a relatively seam free small project, even when mountain living & mother nature created challenges.

His dedication to his craft and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Ben worked closely with us to develop a plan that fit within our budget, which was very competitive. While our budget didn't allow us to complete the entire project at this time, we moved forward with a portion of the work and couldn't be happier with the results. We fully intend to have Ben return in the future to complete the rest of the project. What really set Ben apart was his commitment to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond by providing an extra scoop of crushed rock and spreading the excess in an adjoining area that greatly needed it. That level of service was greatly appreciated. On the day the asphalt was installed, Ben and his crew were quick, efficient, and incredibly detail-oriented. Although concrete was initially an option, we ultimately chose asphalt to better meet code requirements for our mountain community, and we're very glad we did. If you're looking for a contractor who is honest, hardworking, skilled, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work, I highly recommend Ben and Bonafide Earthworks. Give him a call--you'll be glad you did.

They completely remodeled my entire backyard and turned it into something I'm proud to show off. They poured new concrete that came out clean, smooth, and perfectly done. Then they installed artificial turf that looks incredibly real and leveled everything out so it flows perfectly. On top of that, they built a beautiful retaining wall and even added a garden area that honestly tied the whole space together and gave it that finished, high-end look. What really stood out was their attention to detail and work ethic. Nothing felt rushed or sloppy--everything was done right the first time. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and kept me in the loop the whole way through. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in every part of the project. My backyard went from basic to looking like a completely new space. It feels bigger, cleaner, and way more functional now. If you want quality work and a team that actually cares about the outcome, I highly recommend Bonafide Earthworks. 10/10 experience.
