Stephanie Petty is a great attorney. She helped my wife and I with a few real estate transactions…read moreand she was phenomenal. Her attention to detail and commitment to her clients was unparalleled. On one occasion she drove over an hour from her office to the property we were selling to meet one of the service people....That was incredible!!! Only someone with her highly focused work ethic would go the extra mile and help a customer like that. Additionally her expertise with real estate law saved my wife and I from buying one property that would have been a financial pitfall because she found some arcane easement that would have been very costly to have removed. In short. if you are looking for the best real estate attorney in the Boston area you need to talk with Stephanie.

I was in difficult situation…read more I live over 8,000 miles from my home state of Mass, and I needed the advice of a good estate attorney. I didn't know anyone back there that could point me in the right direction. I had no choice but to turn to Yelp to look for what I needed - and honestly, I wasn't sure what I needed or if anyone would actually help me. I picked Ms. Gorenberg because of the great reviews she had. I took a chance and shot her an email and she answered me quickly. Despite the time difference and the complexity of my circumstance, Ms. Gorenberg took the time to speak with me on the phone, answered my questions and gave me some suggestions. I faxed her what paperwork I had and she took the time to review and comment on it. In a matter of 3 days, I had everything I needed to understand and put to rest what had happened. Ms. Gorenberg was knowledgeable, efficient, resourceful and what was most important to me - KIND. I didn't know she did "complementary sessions" as the previous reviewer mentioned. I fully expected to pay for this professional's time and effort. In my opinion, Ms. Gorenberg went way beyond what I would have ever expected from a lawyer that I had no previous relationship to. I was not charged for her time or her skill. It truly blew me away. Understand that a professional person's time is money. I am a licensed professional myself and well know the day to day costs of running a successful business. The fact that here is a person willing to give away time to see if you and her are a good fit - that tells you a lot about her, her business philosophy and her personal integrity. I could not be more happy with what Ms. Gorenberg was willing to do for me. I hope my review in some small way helps her in return - and helps you to decide that this lawyer is right for you!

Scummy scammers. They claim to care about people and offer help but they absolutely DO NOT CARE…read moreABOUT YOU!!!!! They care about only one thing, MONEY!!! Even if you're injured and need help, if you're not highly profitable to them, they will not help you. I feel bad for anyone who does business with them. Also, STOP SELLING PEOPLES INFORMATION!!!!!
