I was taken by Ambulance after I called 911 to the first Hospital and the ER Doctor and Radiologist informed me I Dislocated my Left Shoulder and suffered a fracture of the Humerus Bone. They did NOT have the appropriate Surgical Room so they transferred me by Ambulance to the LEVEL 2 TRAUMA CENTER in Everett. The ER Doctor and Radiologist re-confirmed the same Diagnosis. It turned ALL four [4] of these so-called"Professionals" were 100% WRONG! A member of the Orthopedic Surgeon Team showed me the X-Rays and informed me I had a SHATTERED HUMERUS BONE which CANNOT be repaired. Additionally, I was informed by both Hospitals that they knew of NOBODY qualified to perform the appropriate Surgical Procedure in ALL of the State of Washington. They DISCHARGED AND WISHED ME THE BEST OF LUCK...THAT WAS BEYOND INSULTING AND DEVASTATING NEWS!!!! I tried for a week in WA to find a Surgeon to review my case with NO LUCK! I decided to return to my home State of California. Meanwhile the Motel where the incident took place STONE WALLED ME AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE AND EVICT ME when I requested an Incident Report. After speaking with numerous national Law Firms that advertise on TV and Radio they advised me they don't do this type of case. Fortunately I got a referral to the Dubin Law Firm and was very pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome and promptly spoke to an Attorney. I was informed that they will seek the appropriate justice which was MUSIC TO MY EARS!!! I read many of the reviews ALL of them spoke highly about Matt Dubin Law Firm! My personal experiences with the Team at Dubin Law Office has been highly Transparent, Professional and Honest Answers to my Questions and Concerns! Attorney Paul was also extra patient and respectful, as I am not a native English speaker. Though communication wasn't frequent early in my claim, whenever I reached out, I was given updated information. From the first time I contacted this group, I felt comfortable in the decision to go with them. I was shuffled through a couple case managers, but i'm just thankful that it ended with Debbie. After reading reviews, I see that my comments are outliers, but I also feel that Debbie is an outlier. She was not the person I expected to come in contact with when "the Law Firm" called me with updates. She was kind, willing to answer any/all questions I had and even some frequently asked questions that I wouldn't know to ask otherwise. Very different experience than I thought I'd get from lawyers. Though this is my first injury claim and I have nothing to compare to, I feel like I got a great negotiator and a good result. Do I feel like I could have received more of a compensation? Don't we all!!!!! but I wouldn't substitute the peace of mind that I had throughout the process for extra money TO PAY BILLS. In the end, I feel like she did a good job of negotiating, but above the funds that I may receive, she talked to and treated me like a person when my case was given to her. Even though I KNOW the whole insurance business is a scam, this experience tells me different. I guess the business needs more Debbie's to change the way the public views them. KEEP THE GOOD ONES, LOSE THE OTHERS!!!! Pay this lady her worth!!!! It may help reviews. FEED GREATNESS!!!!
