On one side of the form you can order a speciality sandwich with all the ingredients listed or on the other side you can build your own sandwich. Then you give the form to the deli cashier and they call your name when it's ready. I had the Malibu chicken speciality sandwich, which was excellent. It came on the softest roll and the chicken had plenty of flavor. A couple other people in our party had the tri tip sandwich and said it was delicious. It's pretty impressive with standard items like the various prepared salads (chicken, tuna, etc). We wanted to try the sandwiches and for that you'll need to get the order forms from outside near the entrance, then take them to the counter, wait a bit and they'll call you when it's ready. We both got mediterranean sandwiches to go. You can get build your own as well but I figured I'd go with one on the menu. The sandwich was delicious. Fresh ingredients, really good bread, and everything just worked in the sandwich. I really enjoyed it. We also got some butter beans from the deli and those were amazing as well. Sunning myself on Fernwood's front patio - I was proud of myself as I awkwardly dipped my cucumber into the salsa in between bites of my avocado lathered on my home-brought rice cakes. Plus even though the word bakery is in the name of the place I consider it more of a deli.
