Every time I had to call them for appointments, test results, anything at all...they were very rude to me. Here is an example: I called to ask about test results which the lab said would take 7 days to arrive at the Dr's office. After 2 weeks I called the office to ask if they had arrived. The receptionist said "they aren't here, that test takes 3 weeks to arrive." I said "Ok, but you didn't even ask my name so you could check." I ended up calling the lab and they confirmed that the results had been sent to the office. I called back a few days later and the receptionist STILL claimed they weren't there and didn't ask my name. Another example: The receptionist left a message on my voicemail saying that my Dr. would have to reschedule my appointment. When I called back a few hours later, she claimed she had never called me and didn't know what I was talking about. She asked who called and when I said then name she said "Oh...that's me." But she still claimed she never called and said it must have been someone else. One more: When I was checking out after an appointment, the receptionist was speaking with a rep from a pharmaceutical company about possible side effects of a drug. The receptionist said "All these patients are soooo worried about side effects, but then they are the first to ask for medicine. It's their fault if something happens." To me, that was very inappropriate. My suggestion to this office is to retrain your front desk staff in proper protocol in dealing with patients. A little kindness goes a long way. However, what's broken is broken and I won't be returning to this office.

I had only seen a nurse practitioner up until 28 weeks pregnant because Dr. O'Day would become unavailable last minute and I was unable to reschedule my appointment. I was unable to reschedule some other appointments due to work and she noted in my chart that I was "not seeing her for prenatal care despite recommendations". Other notes in my chart were fully inaccurate, including things I didn't say, as well as symptoms she claims I denied having but were never discussed with me. if you are planning on gaining any more than 25 lbs during your entire pregnancy I would also avoid her as a provider. The FIRST thing she mentioned was my weight as I had gained 30 pounds. 30 pounds is nowhere near medically remarkable for my starting weight/height, she also added "I'm sure you can feel it" regarding the weight gain...whatever that means. She made more than a few comments aside from this that weren't medically relevant and rude. I immediately changed providers after speaking to a supervisor. She has zero bedside manner, didn't ask if I had any questions, didn't ask me if I had any personal concerns and was unpleasant bordering on disrespectful. Also waited around 40 minutes to be seen on top of it. I can't imagine having to suffer through another appointment let alone actual labor with this Dr. and am filing a formal complaint. In the meantime I hope this informal complaint is able to help others avoid this type of medical care.

I really like that they will almost always be able to fit me into the schedule at my soonest availability. If someone is not available to answer the phone right away, I will get a call back from an advice nurse. That is a fantastic help to me. We have seen almost all the Pediatricians who practice at this office. I find that they generally are great about spending time with the patient and answering all my parent questions. I never feel pressured by the doctors about our medical decisions.

It was tough going from the only doctors they had ever known to a bran new facility, but we did what we had to do. Getting an appointment was easy, the receptionists aren't overly warm, but I didn't have any rude behaviors or mask drama like many people have reported. They do still require all patients to wear masks, and when we forget them they quietly hand us all a mask and we go in. The office is older but clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are clean and always stocked which is nice. They don't have books or toys which isn't an issue for me, but for parents looking for distractions you might want to pack a few. There is a fun fish tank in each office to keep little eyes entertained while you sign in or fill out paperwork. Our kids have seen Dr Turner who I was pleasantly surprised with. She was calm and had a very welcoming demeanor which made it easier for my kids to warm up to. She took her time listening to them and addressing the concerns they had. We never felt rushed or unheard in her presence. On one occasion my son thought it would be funny to put a piece of fake dog poop on the chair as a prank. When she walked in she totally rolled with it and was so silly with him. She scored extra points for that!! She places orders quickly and is easy to contact which is also really nice. All of the nurses/LVNs have been amazing. They take their time and really practice patient centered care. One nurse even did breathing exercises with my daughter when she was panicked. It was beautiful to see and warmed my momma heart. One issue I did have, which is why I removed a star, is there don't seem to be any systems in place for victims of abuse. This is very concerning especially when children might be accompanied by an abuser and they are unable to advocate for themselves with the person in the room. Other than that I recommend this place.

He always took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and reassure me that we were going to do everything possible to make sure my baby arrived safely and healthy. His confidence and constant reassurance helped me get through some of the most difficult and emotional moments of my pregnancy. When it was finally time to deliver, he made sure both my baby and I were safe and well cared for. I am beyond grateful to say that my baby was born safely and healthy, and I truly believe having such a caring and attentive doctor by my side made such a difference.
