I had called my local Postmaster to inquire how to package this fragile parcel. He instructed me on what best practice would be, and I followed it to the letter. Mailed the package, and it arrived at its destination with a HOLE punched THROUGH the center of the package, contents completely destroyed. PH will not refund the cost of shipping because "my package was not professionally packaged." I guess I wasn't aware that to mail fragile parcels in the United States they now have to be professionally packaged? I wasn't even told my parcel needed to be professionally packaged, was not informed of a policy, or even hinted at that it wasn't packaged appropriately. No. PH 100% doesn't stand behind their own services of handling with care. Not even a long shot.

I had been looking at different brands of mowers and decided to check out Hustler brand, I chose Small Engine Sales & Service mainly due to location and the fact that Wisconsin sales tax is much lower than MN. Very glad I chose to go there as I got a great deal on a slightly used Hustler Raptor X. They are a small shop but have a decent selection of mowers in the showroom. They do not have sales staff so you speak directly with the owner (who is also the mechanic), and the parts counter person (they both know their stuff). They service what they sell and carry parts as well. Very happy with my purchase, and the great experience I had, highly recommend.

My two daughters ( age 35+) live like most people in small rental apartments, so I still store furniture etc for them too. I was in three (!) 30 ft deep X 13 ft high X 10 ft wide units with public storage. $$$.... Now it is down to two. This took (3) four week trips from FL. In 1.5 years. Donated everything to Salvation Army St Paul. Husband became extremely ill eleven years ago. We are in a lovely FL. condo he inherited. MISS Minnesota... people, culture, weather - - LOVE the cold!!!! I now have two brand newly built extra large units at Forest Lake - - grabbed them quickly for they rented out super fast. Great price. New wood pallets on entire floor. Never have water in these units, very high airy ceilings with great ventilation. Yes no heat no air conditioning so no fragile furniture, vinyl, wood, etc, but I put clothing etc in tight giant contractor extra thick plastic bags into tight big Costco ( yellow black) plastic storage boxes ( the Best/ shut very tight). I will be out of a second 30 ft unit at public storage after 1-2 more four week trips. Back breaking work - - am creating a new industry of folk buying my things at Salvation Army then flipping them online! We always expected to be in Mn but the condo's living costs are better than renting today. Goal is to find a solid 1 bedroom in MN, build out to be able to remain until I pass on, rent out FL condo. Reverend Jim the manager is the best, the kindest man you could ever ever find and work with. No bugs no rodents all these years. Immaculate rest room at office, safe secure, no crazies renting ' next door'. Women working there solo feel 100 % safe. High fence with barbed wire surround the large rural country property. Nice relaxing 30 minute drive up from the twin cities. Highly highly highly recommend!!

It was dirty, full of feathers, bird poop, spiders and stunk like motor oil. The door came off the hinges and they had limited access hours. We needed an additional storage unit and found Tim at FL Mini Storage to be super helpful. We ended up liking it so much we talked to Tim about getting a bigger unit. He came through and we moved all our belongings from the other storage facility. Tim was terrific to work with and the units are clean, secure and they offer 24-hour access. We always feel safe, and we appreciated the location is easy to get to. If you need storage for the short, or long term, we highly recommend FL Mini Storage.

I was involved in a computer hack that involved money being transferred from my accounts. Terry came to my house and fixed my software issues and got me a really good Antivirus program to prevent hackers from getting in again. He also found a problem with my hardware and had to take my computer to his shop for repair but he only had it one day and repaired the problem. Terry really knows what he is doing and does it very quickly. The real bonus is Terry is very kind and patient with us seniors that sometimes need a little extra hand holding. His prices are very reasonable for us on social security because he works so quickly. My computer is running faster than ever and I have peace of mind that my information is now safe. Terry does a lot more than just computers so if you have ANY electronics problems, please call Terry.

They're dependable, friendly, and the quality of their work has kept me coming back year after year. One experience really shows the kind of people they are. I once asked the owner how dry cleaning actually works. Instead of just explaining it, they invited my daughter and me into the back and gave us our own little "field trip," walking us through the dry-cleaning process and showing us how everything is done. I thought that was incredibly cool and something my daughter and I still remember. They do a lot more than just suits and everyday dry cleaning, too. They can handle curtains, drapes, rugs, tailoring and alterations, along with other specialty items. It's great having a locally owned business like Osceola Cleaners that takes pride in their work and treats longtime customers so well. After years of doing business with them, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Definitely five stars! I'd say it's a good value!
