This is one way to keep you from speeding, but there must be a better way. Class 5 fill in these potholes would at least be a temporary fix. How hard would that be???

We paid $300 each time (the movers only spent about 30 minutes doing the work, but they've got a 1 hour minimum charge). Because this was such a small job, they scheduled it both days to happen after the crew had finished a bigger job in the morning, so we ended up getting a ~4 hour window for when they would show up, which worked out fine for our needs. I believe if you hire them to do a full house move or something similar, they would give you a more definitive time for when they'd show up. We had two movers come, and they were able to move everything we needed them to without issue. They were careful with our furniture, including our glass cabinets and tables, and nothing was broken. It was the same two people who came both times, so the second time they already knew where all the furniture went and required very little guidance.

The quote was wrong, the movers were slow and one was exceptionally unprofessional (by any standard) cost me over 3x my estimate and there was damaged property involved and issues with fixing the problems. Don't use them. A pick up truck and 2 guys from the nursing home could be faster. I was so disappointed. 11.5 hrs instead of 3 and a half. Driver Brian Miller + 4 guys came to unload the 13 vaults into our brand new home. Brian Miller was not there to deal with the broken items and the fireplace ash that the guys dropped all over the hallway, etc. Apparently he was the one in charge but bragged 2x how "the guys dont need me around" and was not around. 1 other guy was verbally very unprofessional + when something broke on the way to into the house, it was just handed to me with no comment. When they finished the job, Brian Miller was not around. But when he finally arrived, he rang the doorbell 7x. RUDE! He came in and listed items on the form saying that they would come back and fix/ repair and they NEVER did! I have this in writing! The move out of 13 vaults was @$3600. The damage found after unpacking all and looking at all the furniture was 18 items damaged for $5,864 in total damage. On the 30th we waited until 9:30am and nobody had shown up or called. We tried calling multiple times and nobody answered and their voicemail box was completely full so we couldn't even leave a message. I drove out to their location on the 30th and all their trucks are parked and doors are locked and nobody answered. We have filed a complaint with the BBB but I would tell everybody to stay away from this place as they either are taking peoples money and not providing the service or they are out of business.
