After speaking with Jeff, post me losing my cool with Andrew, he found a different system that had to be custom made to work. So in Jan, MIS took out the failed system that they installed and replaced it with a modified system that functions perfectly. They worked to fix a problem that was not an install issue. It was a component issue. It took time and they got it right. Since they were willing to work with me and provided me a functional infotainment system I had them also install a front and rear dash cam system. I really appreciate the customer care. Thanks

This place just recently changed ownership, and the new ownership had a very high bar to achieve just to maintain the service excellence I had received in the past. My 2021 suburban with GM's pathetic failure of a 10 speed has been having shifting issues for a long time. I had taken to the stealerships a few different times while under warranty and ofcourse they claimed it was fine every time. Now that the warranty expired, if failed. GM, of course, is refusing to make things right - so while exploring legal action, I still need to get it back on the road. So I brought my Suburban to Shaun (the new owner of Natco). Shaun and his entire team took excellent care of me, made the repairs and got me back on the road. They have secured theribbon of excellance !! Thanks to all of you and NATCO.

Don't go here for a trailer hitch. It took two trips because they forgot to order the hitch, then…read moresaid they'd give it to me for dealer cost. When I paid, it was $20 higher than the quote, and they hadn't added in the tax. The total bill at "dealer cost" was the UHaul price. The install without electrical took almost 3 hours; it makes me wonder if they just took it to UHaul. It wasn't a complicated job and I should have just gone to UHaul myself; it was closer to home and the total experience would have been less time. Lesson learned. UPDATE: I called John P. about his reply. When I made the original appointment Ryan wrote down one number of the VIN wrong. We corrected it the next day, but he forgot to give the correct VIN to whomever ordered parts. He was pleasant and fully admitted his mistake and offered me to do the work at the dealership cost. While I was really frustrated about a second trip, I liked how Ryan was a stand-up guy and owned the mistake and made amends, so I went back. John hadn't investigated any of this but I did like that he mentioned they took off the exhaust because the car was louder than normal. John turned me over to Deano and he offered to send a runner to my house to pick up the car and look at it. That solved my two issues; driving distance and time. They dropped the car back off a couple of hours later and it was back to it's normal sound level. Deano called and said they found the heat shield bolts in the front of the car were rusted and coming apart. They wired it up the best they could. I'm guessing either by putting the car on the lift or messing with the exhaust was all it needed to loosen the heat shields. Kudos to Ryan and Deano. I still feel this was a high end shop doing a simple job; it looks like they do a lot of body and electrical work. Felt like I was going to a plastic surgeon to have my nails painted.

Dropped off the rim to have the new tire put on and it was back to me within 48 hours. Here is where the 5 star service comes in, the gentleman that helped me check out was incredibly kind and helpful, he answered all my questions about this, that, and the other thing. I got home and quickly put the tire on. It immediately went flat... called to ask what could have happened, they said bring it back in and they would fix it right there. I get the tire off and it was 100% my fault. I put the tire on backwards (like an idiot) and the valve ripped off. Again, this was completely my fault, they did the tire perfectly, I just wasn't paying attention and in a hurry to get the gator back in commission. I brought it in, tail tucked, and explained my mental shortcomings. The same gentleman that checked me out took it back and fixed it for me right there. 10/10 customer service 10/10 staff 10/10 work. If you have any service needs, I cannot recommend the service department at century enough.
