Google merchandise area

Stylish Google Store. I like the architecture inside. The lounge area is great to sit and wait for your party to be done visiting this store. My niece and nephew bought some merchandise the last time I brought them here to visit. If you like Google products, you would love this store.

Came by to pick up a phone the other day and it was a quick and easy experience. Received an email notifying that my order was ready for pickup within minutes of ordering online. Parking is available a few minutes walk away. Staff at the store were wearing uniforms, albeit a touch faded, along with a badge. The pickup process was quite easy and I was on my way within minutes. Plenty of staff were available on hand and the showroom featured all of the latest Google consumer gadgets along with a gift shop. There is a cafe next door that feature coffee, pastries, as well as sandwiches. There is also a small gift shop inside the cafe.

As a long-time Google fan, I had to visit while on vacation nearby! I was here over the holidays and was hoping for some sales. Unfortunately not much promotions -- but I did grab a pair of Pixel Buds Pro which were on sale for the lowest price all year. And sad that they don't carry any accessories for any phones older than Pixel 7. I really wanted a new case for my Pixel 6. The space is beautiful as one would expect -- located inside the Google Gradient Canopy building, it's a large space separated into a few different areas: Google gift shop & swag area (as others have mentioned, this is a small area but some cute stuff here like stickers, clothing, tote bags, stationery and collectibles) at the front of the store; a little kids interactive area; a large Google products display room; and a help/repair area in a back room. It looks and feels like an Apple Store. There were staff walking around and ready to help all around the store.

Wow this is a big upgrade to the Google Store. Everything feels really modern and chic. They have hardware like Pixel Phones, watches etc. as well as some gifts like bags, hats, mugs etc. Their gift section still is a little smaller than I would have liked but still fun to browse! There is even a place in the back that looks like they provide tech support (similar to Apple). I saw some visitors take pictures at the store which I thought was amusing.

Great service, the people who work here are warm, welcoming and efficient. They will really go above and beyond to help you. However if you're here, please definitely visit the cafe, the community center and walk around the structures in the back. The Google gradient canopy is a beautiful visit when you're in Mountain View.

Good service - it was very easy to try out the Pixels and get one in the same visit. The building is beautiful as well.

Can't call them. Very frustrating. No phone number to call. I tried to chat online for an answer but got nowhere. Bad customer service.

I usually get great service at this location however today was beyond frustrating! Not only the…read moreworst service Ive ever had, rude, and misinformed. Felt like they simply did not want to do their job. I came in to buy full price for a phone, i was told it was in stock but if i wanted to buy it flat out why wouldnt I go to best buy or apple store to save myself money because of XYZ. I was told they carried unlocked iphone 16 pros. That was a lie! I called the next closet tmobile and they were out of stock and so was the nearest apple store. So I made my way back, only for her to come out laughing saying they no longer had the iphone 16 pro in stock either. I was there not 15mins prior when she said they had several of the sand color available. She either did not check when she told me that, or just simply did not want to do her job. The whole time she chuckled while telling me I should just wait for the 17. Wasting over an hour of my time. Gave me misinformation time after time.

I have been a T-mobile customer for 10+ years and pay the company over $200/month on a plan that…read moreincludes voice lines, data, watch etc. I was misled to believe that if I cancel a voice line that I no longer need, that my monthly bill would drop in total amount by the cost of that line. I confirmed twice, both at this store and calling the call center, that indeed cancelling a line would drop the total bill. The moment I cancelled my $35/month line, my monthly service package cost went up from $120 to $150/month. Basically, this is a scam. They lead you to believe that cancelling a line would save you money, and when I did so they completely increased the price of the package to $150/month. No wonder T-mobile has been getting a lot of heat recently for how they mislead customers.... good luck trying to grow revenue at all costs!

We've had variable service from this location over many years, and this review is based on our most…read morerecent visit (11/30/25). It is very helpful to make an appointment first, to reduce the amount of time spent waiting (but be prepared to wait anyway, as they are often busy there). We arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment and were initially unsure if we needed to complete the iPad sign-in (we learned you don't need to sign in there if you already have an appointment). A woman who may have been a manager, Rafaela, greeted us and let us know we'd be up next for our appointment. She was proactively circulating around the room and kindly letting customers around the room know about the wait and thanking them for their patience. Charles was the representative who helped us (he had just returned from his lunch break, I think), and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional - a real gem. He was able to take care of our request (adding a new line) very quickly, acknowledging the issue that prevented us from doing this online. Both Charles and Rafaela exhibited high quality service skills and professionalism, not something that we see often these days. We appreciated their efforts and hard work and hope that AT&T recognizes how valuable they are to their brand. Many thanks to both of you for your help.

UNBELIEVABLE! Was it…read morethe new iphone release, or just the usual long wait at the AT&T store. IDK, but the manager greeting at the door had SERIOUS attitude towards me. Was he power tripping? Not sure, but he was very cold. So after the 60 minute wait, I meet with a rep, who asks for me ID. After running out to the car for my wallet, I saw the rep was already talking to another customer. That boss at the door told me I was back in the queue. Only 30 minutes later did I realize he put me at the very end of the line. Really? Really?? I would have to wait in the queue twice because I left the store for my ID and came back? What is this, monty python? When an elderly guy came in, the boss became so nice and immediately helped him fix the problems, and sent them on their way. That was cool. So he totally had discretion over "policy". But he chose to beat me over the head with the rules. Unreasonable. And rude. I've bought phones here before, with no problems. I guess just toe the line. Or maybe hope that the "don't give a hoot crew" isn't on duty that day. Or skip this location all together.
