I really appreciate their offer of no point no fee for refinancing my home loan during COVID. They are fast, responsive and professional if you find the right person to work with. I'm very grateful that Shawn Song, the CEO, is taking on my file after I decided to fire Tracie Zhang, who is a branch manager and senior loan consultant there. When working with Zhang, I felt harassed and mistreated as if I was begging for her money or applying government Benefits. She threatened to not work with me several times when I raised questions about some of the tedious documents they wanted. Her working style is very unprofessional, with no tolerance of any questions or she would feel challenged by you. She frequently raises her already high pitch voice when upset with my inquiries. She also threatened to penalize me for a fee which I was not aware of, if I could not provide all the docs the second round, before some kind of deadline I'm not aware of. Her Communication is extremely abrasive, blunt and indirect. She needs not get upset like that when she's handling all these everyday loan questions. She does not like not having her way or being questioned when you do need to clarify some of their requests for docs. She become suddenly very direct without any tact when having her temper tantrums and Outbursts. It was a very tumultuous working relationship with her. Out of desperation in the mid way of the refinance process, I decided to express my deep concerns about Tracie's unprofessional behavior and then file grievance with Shawn, the company's CEO, he was super patient in listening to my concerns and was very helpful and patient in helping me to walk through this frustrating long process of submitting and preparing docs. I am informed by him all the tedious steps. I feel much safer and respected as a client. It should be noted that Tracie had never informed me that I could work with somebody else from the company after her last threat to not "help" me. Indeed if you don't like the agents working style and attitude, there's room for change instead of having to start another new process with another company. Shawn picked up my case very quickly and professionally. I will go back to this company as long as I'm not working with Tracie Zhang. All the rest of the staff are very efficient and fast. read more
