They were very helpful and patient with my questions, looked at the car carefully before towing it and towed it carefully with care. Price was reasonable and they were very accommodating!! Someone calls me back on a different number and says they're about 15 minutes out. 25 minutes later I get a text they confirmed they arrived with my roadside assistance. 15 minutes later I'm on the phone getting a new dispatch. I'm still here 2 hours later. I'm pretty easy, things happen. But ghosting someone who is stranded is just plain disrespectful.
