Keegan, our driver, was excellent, fit all four of us in the cab of the truck, took us to Discount and made sure they could take care of us before leaving. Someone calls me back on a different number and says they're about 15 minutes out. 25 minutes later I get a text they confirmed they arrived with my roadside assistance. 15 minutes later I'm on the phone getting a new dispatch. I'm still here 2 hours later. I'm pretty easy, things happen. But ghosting someone who is stranded is just plain disrespectful. If you're ever in a situation where they get selected as your dispatch just stop them their and ask for someone else. If you're considering them on your own accord, you can do better.
