I walked out earlier on 8/19 and found 3 of my 4 vehicles had dead batteries. I purchased new "Die Hard's" last year from my local Goodyear Auto repair shop. One phone call and their service manager "Joey" came out and replaced all three batteries because they were under warrantee. Color me impressed. Modern car batteries are "dry cell" and need to be "driven" at least once every three weeks. Caveat Emptor. read more

Simple problem. Absolute failure of a repair. Wasted half a day and paid for a repair that was not done. Slow leak in one tire (Goodyear Tire). They said they found a nail and patched the hole. Three weeks later. the same tire is still losing air at the same rate. Took it to discount tire instead. They said it had a small hole but there was no sign of a repair having been made. This Goodyear store is either incompetent or liars, or both. I will never take a vehicle into this shop again, forever, until I die. read more

Make sure when they say "we will run a free diagnostics" you have that on paper. I was told a diagnostics would be ran and my issue was "promised" to be fixed with what they said was the problem. I trusted them and paid well over $2000 to have fixed. The issue was never resolved I took it back and there's record. They said if it wasn't on the parts they replaced and promised would fix the leak that I would have to pay again. Be careful here. The manager Joey was not compassionate or sympathetic at all. Telling me what I didn't say and what I did say at the original sale when he wasn't even a thought there. How people become managers is beyond me. Firestone auto took care of me the right way and worked with me to fix my issue. Beware of this location. read more

I received a coupon for an oil change, who doesn't like a cheap oil change?! When I picked up my vehicle, they handed me an estimate of what I should come back in for, which included a new serpentine belt. He recommended I should come in within the next 30 days. Funny thing is, my serpentine belt was changed November 19 (10 weeks ago) by another shop! Putting your trust in automotive companies is hard enough, this is why!!! Scam artists and slow service. I had to come here for a fleet vehicle through work, but have my own personal and honest mechanic Tom Weaver with Weavers Automotive I have used for years in my own vehicle. Anyway I came in for tires at 7am when they opened. I was told they don't have any techs working until 9. They had to order tires and they would be in by 2. I came in at 12:30 to sit and do some work and Incase they showed up early. I sat till two, nobody even acknowledged me, at two I walked up to the counter and inquired about what's going on. I was told the tires got moved to a 5pm truck. I said okay so then I'll be back tomorrow? They said they were too busy tomorrow. I got upset and they said they would make it happen at 8. It's now 9:30 and they finally pulled my car in. They came out and told me they suggest new wiper blades, a new air filter and a alignment. The air filter was replaced less than a month ago and the wiper blades are BRAND new that I put on yesterday. When I called them out on that, they told me that they would check with the tech, came back and told me they mixed me up with another car but that mine does need an alignment. They had not even put it on a alignment rack to verify that but told my fleet company it did. Fleet approved it so they put the car in the rack for 5 minutes. Didn't really appear to adjust anything and pulled it back off. It's 10:05 and I'm now leaving. Meanwhile I've been sitting here listening to them talk to people about their vehicles, it's all a game of huge up sells and add ons vs just being honest with people on what needs to be done to their vehicles. They are super slow, chaotic and take forever to get people's vehicles done. People have walked in with an appointment for a oil change and I heard them tell them it would still be a hour or two.. two hours for a oil change? I would never suggest coming here if you can avoid it. There are too many other good shops out there to settle for this. read more

These guys turned around a really stressful morning. Dropping kids at daycare today, I hit a screw in the road and while my tire didn't deflate, the screw was stuck and making a loud banging noise. I stopped into this shop just as they opened, and they were so gracious: they put the car up immediately and worked for an hour to get the screw out. And again, so graciously without charge. Dropped off my truck for a very simple alignment one mechanic told me my rear tire was leaning in I had to inform him it's impossible because I have a solid rear axle I should have known then this place is not for me but I left it and get a call 4 hours later telling me their alignment rack could not do the alignment which I new was a lie I think it was just to late on a Friday and it was way more convenient to let a paying customer walk out the door than just do the job if I owned this tire shop I'd look really hard at how much money is walking out the door because of undereducated incompetent lazy bunch of guys. I took my truck to Big-O tire they did the alignment and I gave them my money with no problems. read more

I went in for an oil change, but since I was over 50K miles, there were some fluid changes to do as well. That magnified the cost by hundreds, which left me breathless, but I was offered various percentage and dollars-off discounts to bring down the cost. That part helped the initial sticker shock, and for that I'm appreciative. read more

I went into Goodyear after my tire was slashed overnight to get a new tire, and unfortunately, I was informed that the tire I needed was discontinued. Joel Fritz, the manager tried everything to find my tire in different stores etc, but it came down to me needing a different tire, and because my current tires were "special" I needed to replace all four tires. Right before the holidays. Sigh... Joel was about as good a person that I could have hoped to have help me through this! He was so understanding and even talked to my husband on the phone for 15 minutes to discuss the same exact things he already explained to me. He was incredibly helpful and went so above and beyond what I would expect from customer service, I almost invited the man to Christmas dinner. I walked out of there with a new set of tires, a Goodyear credit card, and my husband was so impressed he will change his service provider from a Big chain and take his truck and his fleet of work vehicles to Goodyear from now on. I know Joel did everything he could for me and gave me any discounts that were in his power to give, as it was the holidays and the $900 expense was BEYOND unexpected. But I will never take my car anywhere else because of this gesture. Looking forward to going to Goodyear in the future and catching up with Joel. read more

We have found them to be honest and great about explaining what needs to be done in terms anyone can understand. They are willing to help when they can like today I had a low pressure reading and they checked my tires for me in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. read more

These guys are scamming people. I went in for an oil change and while im waiting, one of the mechanics asked a woman waiting about some issue they had with the car. I didnt think anything of it. Then they came in and let me know that the last place to do my oil change didnt tighten the cap or the filter right and it was loose and all the oil sprayed everywhere on my car. But they could clean it for me for $10. This is BS cause what does the bolt being loose have anything to do with the oil falling from the tank. The bolt being loose turns it into a pressurized spray gun somehow? Anyways, that was BS and I said no. Then later a different mechanic came in asking if I had the cap for where you put oil into the engine. As if I decided to just hold onto it while they did the oil change. The guy tells me "the oil will spray everywhere with out it" I tell him i dont have the cap so has to figure out a solution and he goes to ask his boss. Boss comes out 5 min later saying they could order a new cap itll be $15 and can get it here in 15 min. These guys are lieing scammers and will engineer extra cost into what ever you go there for. Just stay away these guys looked me straight in the eye and were BSing me. No integrity and i encourage no one give them your buisiness. read more

I took my car to the Goodyear in Littleton for new tires and to address why my car is shaking since we're driving to San Diego in two weeks. Rob called and told me I need an alignment and casually mentioned a tune up in the future. It sounded like the alignment was the solution to the shaking, I asked if my car needs the tune up before the trip to San Diego and he was like "nah you can do the tune up down the road." Sounded great, I go to pick up my car, drop $650 for tires and an alignment, get in my car and the thing is still violently shaking. I go back in and ask why it's still shaking. Rob says "yea cause you need a tune up. I reiterated that I'm driving to San Diego and that I need it to be ok to drive and he's like "well, can't guarantee anything..maybe you should get a tune up before you go..." when I asked how much a tune up costs.. he said another $300. Why didn't he tell me that this is what needed to be done to address the shaking?! I mentioned the shaking when I first dropped off the car and if I bring the car back for a tune up I'm going to be charged again for labor and disposal and whatever else they charge. How many times did I have to mention that I need this car in safe conditions to drive long distance?! The car shakes so violently that it feels like it's just going to break down... how is that ok to do down the road?! Extremely dissatisfied with the Goodyear. read more

I brought my car to goodyear for a simple oil change and tire rotation, they did both and the front desk person was nice, however, after I got my car home I did an inspection of their work. The oil was fine but the rotation had a major flaw. THEY FORGOT TO TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS ON TWO OF MY WHEELS. Fortunately I live close otherwise I'm certain that the wheels would have just fallen right off. Sorry guys, but that is critical... two star. I not recommend this place to anyone. Everytime I go and get my oil changed I expect the people behind the counter to come back with a long list of stuff that my car needs to have done TODAY.... this place was a but different in that they still came back with a list of stuff that my car needed but they just said no big deal just let us know if you ever want to get any of it done. I liked that. the other thing is thay said that it would take about an hour and thats what it took and the price was what they said it would be. all and all they did everything that they said they were going to do. The reason that they are getting a 4 and not a 5 star is becasue they did nothing that put them over the top. somtimes I just like for a place to go the extra step... offer bottled water or a drink of some sort, the little things. read more

Have gone here a few times over the past 5 years. Most of the people have been nice and professional....but on the service side....not so much! Have had 3 different occasions (total) with 2 different cars that the oil plug was not tightened properly and leaked in my garage or my driveway. Fortunately we live close and I have been able to go back and get it tighten , but after the 3rd time that was it for me. They also told me that they were unable to do an alignment on my wife's VW because of the model....WHAT??....That's a new one. The best was when I called last week to get a new battery installed ( not an oil change ;-)) got the quote , called back to make an appointment and was asked the name of who I spoke with. I told the girl the name of who I thought I spoke to ( which obviously wasn't the right name) , since she said we don't have a so and so here and she went on to say I don't know who you talked to.......Like it matters.....I told her I couldn't remember the name and wanted to make an appt. And could she help me or not....then she gave me the sarcastic "OF COURSE WE CAN , CAN I PUT YOU ON HOLD! That was what inspired me to write this post....I highly recommend you think twice about doing buisness with this location! Bottom line , I now Drive to the Town Center location where I have had nothing but quality workmanship and professional service! read more

You Be [ware} The Judge I wokred in the morning with a gentleman on ordering tires. He stated that they were available at the warehouse and if I could be there by four they could get them on my car. I provided them with two phone numbers both with message service for a contact. When I arrived at four, the gentleman wouldn't even come to the desk to tell me that the tires didn't arrive. When I asked the women he sent to tallk with me if the tire were going to arrive soon, instead of giving me a answer, she smugly rised her eyebrows like she hadn't a clue. Overall. I lost money and time. I had to take time off of work and it took 45 minutes to drive there. THEY DIDN"T CARE! All they had to do is call. A simple act of customer service. I'm surprised by looking at he reviews on this shop that Goodyear doesn't take some action. I guess Goodyear DOESN"T CARE EITHER! read more

Don't ever go here!!! By far the worst experience I have ever had with any service. It started with the guy who was supposed to set up my appointment, evidently I called too close to closing time as he didn't enter my name or appointment. I let that go and they said they would squeeze me in, over an hour later I noticed that one of the techs was using a welder on my car, I questioned the guy at the desk and was told they had a hard time getting the drain plug off and had poked a hole in my oil pan and were trying to weld it. I am convinced that if I hadn't noticed them they wouldn't have said anything. The welding failed so they ended up putting a whole new oil pan and associated parts in, they did pay for it but they ended up taking over 24 hrs to fix their screw up. I am just baffled that any licensed mechanic could screw up a simple oil change. The attitude was not great either, they did pay for the oil change as well, justified to my mind, but instead of sorry, I was told " well, sometimes things happen, guess it was you this time." Seriously? Unprofessional from start to finish, I will never use these guys again and I would caution you to stay away as well. I can also back up the previous comment on the list of things wrong, always a laundry list of stuff that needs to be fixed, not matter how good a shape your car is in. read more
