My first visit to EAS Eagle 8100 W. Crestline, Littleton was great - they offered a good price for an oil change and the people were wonderful to deal with. My second visit was not so good. Booked an oil change/tire rotation based on their special deal online (4-pack for $149). Went in to drop the car off this morning and even though they acknowledged that I had requested to buy the 4-pack when I scheduled last week, I was told they don't have that special available today but they could still do it - of course they didn't give a price. When I asked how much, they quoted me $90. What? A $40 upcharge. No thank you! This was a complete bait and switch. How disappointing! Buyer beware! Disappointing Read mixed reviews but thought I'd give them a try. Took my Jeep in for oil change and was told they'd need it for hours. Thoroughness can be good. This Jeep has been well taken care of and didn't fit their profile of "it's a Jeep, things happen." Received their call stating it's a great vehicle but needed a "few" repairs. For example, a cabin air filter for $132.08 "because it is so hard to get to in the dash." Side-note-I ordered the part and my husband installed it in 5 minutes $9.99. The total for additional repairs added up to over $7,000.00. Took it to the dealership and another auto repair shop for second opinion. (Who wouldn't for rhat price.) $1100.00 for parts and labor with 3 year warranty. All businesses take note "you only get one opportunity to do the right thing." As I said, disappointing. read more

2 stars for the high pressure and prices. Otherwise it'd be 4 stars for overall service. Until that second call, everyone was nice and friendly. While your simple services pricing is decent for new customers, your other service pricing is not competitive. I came as a new customer for an oil change and tire rotate/balance, get a call a few hours later to tell me I also need tie rods, cv joints, alignment and other related services. The conversation then resulted in a fairly high pressure sales approach to get them done with the most common rebuttal "Is your mechanic MasterTech certified?!!", because that means it's worth the price gouge... MasterTech or not, your prices are notably higher than the next place and I'm glad I pushed back and took my car to a Subaru certified mechanic who is clearly more honest with his approach. The only service he recommends is an alignment so my tire wear doesn't get worse. The other "recommended" services were unnecessary at this time and won't be needed anytime soon. read more

After a nasty rear end accident, I found myself car shopping and short on time. I found a great deal on a working pickup, and after a week worth of research, I brought it to Eagle Auto to get the shakedown. Adam (Sales) and Patrick (ASE Tech) went through the thing with a fine tooth comb, and gave me a laundry list of concerning issues. The documentation was organized, "triage style," from most concerning to minor routine maintenance. They even included high resolution pictures of all of the issues, so no worries about extra charges or work added on, even if you can't go see your vehicle in the flesh. Long story short, I let them run the gamut on the vehicle, and it feels like a brand new truck. Had to wait on delivery for a couple of parts due to warehouse stock, but no big deal. When I brought my truck back in to get the parts installed, the guys noticed a couple areas where they weren't entirely pleased with their own work from the first ticket, and fixed it free of charge. (Thanks Patrick) Adam was very tolerant of my helicopter customer tendencies (Thanks Adam), and kept an open line of communication throughout the process. As they are a NAPA branded location, all of the NAPA products used on my vehicle come with their standard warranty, and the labor is warrantied too. Labor costs were better or equivalent to shops in the area. The customer discount program is great as well, and recently paid most of my most recent repair. You can put a price on a repair, but standing behind your work, the value of your employees, and the treatment of your customers can only be valued in the recommendation of your company by a satisfied customer. Love these guys. When you're looking to build a relationship with a local auto shop, you're looking for honesty, integrity, and quality work. These guys knock it out of the park in all 3 of these categories. My family has 3 cars that we bring in here and they do a phenomenal job not only correcting the issues, but being transparent with us about what issues need to be dealt with ASAP vs others that really aren't that much of an issue at the time. Brought in the car for oil change, which was through coupon that I kept getting in the mail. Cory informed it will be a couple hours before he calls me back, when the car would be done. I accepted this because I live next door and was so convenient for me, but also for my family. Upon doing a inspection, Cory informed me that I needed new brakes. When I told him, let me make a few phone calls and I will get back to him. Called him back within a few minutes and said, I will only do oil change. He continues with asking me why and where would I do the work. Honestly answered to him what are my plans to do with vehicle, he says he will honor the coupon, but that is all Eagle want do for me. We were introduced to this location with a discount coupon for an oil change from my Father-In-Law. Mr H. had a positive experience when he went in prior to my visit. I had intended to just get that oil change and complimentary recommendations for vehicle maintenance services. But I ended up getting seasonal tires switched there as well. Found them to be friendly and helpful, and Mr H. says they may be a little too low key in selling their services, but I appreciate the approach they take--simply stating their recommendations, and leaving it up to the customer to decide when and if to have those services done. read more

They came and got me and took me to the back to show me some stuff going on with my car that I should be aware of. I did appreciate that and no other automotive place has ever done that before. My car also wouldn't start in their parking lot after a break job, forcing me to rent a car to get home to my animals in the mountains. Their lack integrity makes me question the near $1800 I have spent since November. I called and set up an appointment and asked them what day they would be able to have my car back by lunch. Was told Wednesday, I dropped my vehicle off at 7a that day. At 9:18a they sent me a text with a list of stuff that they wanted to do to my vehicle and none of it had to do with why I dropped the car off. At 1p I called to see when my car would be done and they said the technician would call me back, when I had not heard anything by 2p I called and they said the technician was putting together the list of items that would need to be done before they could do my alignment. They should have put that list together at 9a instead of the stuff I did not bring my car in there for. The whole thing felt like a bait and switch, now my car is making a noise it was not making when I dropped it off. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a mechanics. Then when I was telling a friend he mentioned that Discount Tires had referred him to this shop as well and he had a similar experience. I lost my cool with these folks and their bait and switch attitude, they could have given me the correct timing and repair information upfront and been honest but chose to be shady! read more

Came in right on the morning when they opened (our app was a few months ago). Simply wanted a diagnostic and check-up since the Check Engine light came on. After waiting 2 hours there, got impatient, asked what was wrong, and they didn't even touch the car yet. I decided to leave, not wanting to stick around, another hour passed, my husband called, still couldn't find anything wrong and said they'd call back within the hour...2 hours after no call back, my husband called AGAIN, and still nothing. This is going on 5 hours now. Now it's about 4 pm, and I decided to call. After getting another BS "we will call you in an hour!" I explained how no one called after an hour, the man reassured me that would not happen...well it did...again....Now it's about 6 pm, my husband and I decided to go together to retrieve the car. We showed up, explained our scenario, and after 10 hours, they found nothing wrong with the car. We did not get a discount, refund, absolutely nothing. Will not be returning here again. Now I understand why people turn into impatient jerks, being polite, patient, and understanding seems to get you nowhere with these kind of guys. This was truly disappointing. Overall: this was absolutely ridiculous. No customer should have to go through what we did and wait TEN FREAKING HOURS to simply have a mechanic check out a car...talk about frustrating. read more

I will tell you my story, and then you can decide for yourself if the 1-star is merited. I received an email with a coupon for a $9.95 oil change. Who wouldn't jump at that? So I took my truck in for the oil change knowing there were a number of maintenance issues that it needs (it has almost 200k miles). Got the oil changed and they of course did a complete inspection on my vehicle, of which I am very appreciative. When they called, the person I spoke with was very friendly and informative describing to me all the issues they found and what things were most important to fix soon and things that could wait; I was very appreciative of this as well. I asked him to print out a quote of all the recommended work that needed to be done so I could see what may fit in my budget now and look at things me and a buddy could do. When I went to pick up my truck, the gentleman I was working with, who I am pretty sure was the same I dealt with on the phone, was a again friendly and helpful. While he was checking me out and I was looking at the list, another man, perhaps a manager, looked at the list and told me there was a lot of work that needed to be done and asked me if I do the work myself or why it was not done. I told him that I just have not had it done and that a buddy may be able to help me with some of it. Upon hearing that, the man informed me that this was not the shop for me. I guess since I did not want to spend $2,800 (more than my truck is worth) right then and there without even having a chance to look at the quote, that my business is no longer welcome there. How stupid of me to want to see if there were some things I could do to lower the cost, not sure what I was thinking! Hopefully someone from Eagle is reading this because here is the funny part. Once I had a chance to look at the quote and talk to my buddy, I decided I would need a professional to do the high priority work. So, I called their competitor and got a quote (just under $1,000) that was about the same as Eagle's for the work I wanted done and will have them do it instead. Since my business is not welcome there, I will spend my $1,000 somewhere else. There are way too many options out there, not sure why anybody would go here to be told their business is not welcome. read more

Great place to get taken advantage of. Went in for a simple oil change, told me I needed the most expensive one. Not knowing any better I said fine, if my car needs it then sure. And no, my car is not an expensive fancy one. I was then told my car rear brakes were really bad, they kept trying to get me to leave my car there for them to fix because the brakes were "unsafe" and trying to bribe me with getting me a free uber drive home. And charge me $250, minimum. Funny thing is, he would not even look at my brakes to tell me what the exact problem was. "They could fall apart if I take the wheel off". Ended up going elsewhere to find out my brakes were FINE! And had at least 1,000 miles left on them to go. Also, to top it all off, the guy helping me was the manager. Do yourself a favor and go to another place and do not let them try to scare you into getting something you probably don't even need. read more
