After a nasty rear end accident, I found myself car shopping and short on time. I found a great deal on a working pickup, and after a week worth of research, I brought it to Eagle Auto to get the shakedown. Adam (Sales) and Patrick (ASE Tech) went through the thing with a fine tooth comb, and gave me a laundry list of concerning issues. The documentation was organized, "triage style," from most concerning to minor routine maintenance. They even included high resolution pictures of all of the issues, so no worries about extra charges or work added on, even if you can't go see your vehicle in the flesh. Long story short, I let them run the gamut on the vehicle, and it feels like a brand new truck. Had to wait on delivery for a couple of parts due to warehouse stock, but no big deal. When I brought my truck back in to get the parts installed, the guys noticed a couple areas where they weren't entirely pleased with their own work from the first ticket, and fixed it free of charge. (Thanks Patrick) Adam was very tolerant of my helicopter customer tendencies (Thanks Adam), and kept an open line of communication throughout the process. As they are a NAPA branded location, all of the NAPA products used on my vehicle come with their standard warranty, and the labor is warrantied too. Labor costs were better or equivalent to shops in the area. The customer discount program is great as well, and recently paid most of my most recent repair. You can put a price on a repair, but standing behind your work, the value of your employees, and the treatment of your customers can only be valued in the recommendation of your company by a satisfied customer. Thank you Eagle, you've definitely restored my faith in the 'local mechanic.' read more

This place is an absolute rip off. DO NOT take your vehicle here. They attempted to charge me $850 to change an oil pan. When I asked them why so expensive they said they were charging me 50% up charge on the oil pan and over $200 shop rate when I confronted them James got in a verbal argument with me telling me I'm never allowed to come to their shop again. Extremely rude customer service and ridiculous pricing for simple service read more

Do not under any means use these people. Pay me the 10x price they will charge you for, and I will direct you to a handful of better locations. Quite possibly one of the biggest scams I have ever bore witness to...I hardly know any mechanic work, and they were willing to charge me 2400$ for a job that is 500$ that I was willing to pay 1200$. I can only hope that one day I can drive past this location and my eyes may be graced to see they are finally closed so that the joy they took from me may yet be returned. read more

My first visit to EAS Eagle 8100 W. Crestline, Littleton was great - they offered a good price for an oil change and the people were wonderful to deal with. My second visit was not so good. Booked an oil change/tire rotation based on their special deal online (4-pack for $149). Went in to drop the car off this morning and even though they acknowledged that I had requested to buy the 4-pack when I scheduled last week, I was told they don't have that special available today but they could still do it - of course they didn't give a price. When I asked how much, they quoted me $90. What? A $40 upcharge. No thank you! This was a complete bait and switch. How disappointing! Buyer beware! They are advertising deals they are not honoring. read more

Disappointing Read mixed reviews but thought I'd give them a try. Took my Jeep in for oil change and was told they'd need it for hours. Thoroughness can be good. This Jeep has been well taken care of and didn't fit their profile of "it's a Jeep, things happen." Received their call stating it's a great vehicle but needed a "few" repairs. For example, a cabin air filter for $132.08 "because it is so hard to get to in the dash." Side-note-I ordered the part and my husband installed it in 5 minutes $9.99. The total for additional repairs added up to over $7,000.00. Took it to the dealership and another auto repair shop for second opinion. (Who wouldn't for rhat price.) $1100.00 for parts and labor with 3 year warranty. All businesses take note "you only get one opportunity to do the right thing." As I said, disappointing. read more

Great work and great customer service! Would never go anywhere else for service and maintenance for my car. Highly recommend.

These guys are knowledgeable, thorough, accommodating, helpful... They have a 4-year/48,000-mile Nationwide warranty on their work, provide a free ride service, and their free safety inspection was the most thorough I've experienced. The techs are ASE certified so I feel confident they have the training and experience to do the job right. Joel went out of his way to help me get the service I needed as affordably as possible. Their prices seem competitive for the area and they have an ongoing oil service special that beats any of the budget oil change places in town. Local and family-owned, too, which is a plus in my opinion. read more

I couldn't waste any time to write this review. Estimated $2700 to replace pads and rotors on my 19 Chevy 1500. What a joke. I only asked for new pads too. Guy up front has a horrible attitude too. We get it; you don't wanna be there but think about how it reflects when you have bad customer service and then give an F you price like that. read more

Be careful, had a very simple 5$ fix on my car, but wanted to see how honest this place would be... they told me it would be $1000 to get it fixed. Just as an example, they said the labor cost for putting in antifreeze would be 2 hours totaling 190$. It takes 30 seconds. Don't go here read more

2 stars for the high pressure and prices. Otherwise it'd be 4 stars for overall service. Until that second call, everyone was nice and friendly. While your simple services pricing is decent for new customers, your other service pricing is not competitive. I came as a new customer for an oil change and tire rotate/balance, get a call a few hours later to tell me I also need tie rods, cv joints, alignment and other related services. The conversation then resulted in a fairly high pressure sales approach to get them done with the most common rebuttal "Is your mechanic MasterTech certified?!!", because that means it's worth the price gouge... MasterTech or not, your prices are notably higher than the next place and I'm glad I pushed back and took my car to a Subaru certified mechanic who is clearly more honest with his approach. The only service he recommends is an alignment so my tire wear doesn't get worse. The other "recommended" services were unnecessary at this time and won't be needed anytime soon. read more

I needed a mechanic to look at my car asap and they got my vehicle in right away on a walk in. They addressed all issues I had concerns with and they didn't charge me for all the work they have done and the diagnostics they ran on it. I left satisfied and grateful they had went above and beyond to fix my vehicle. I recommend to anyone in the Littleton area to come and let these guys take a look at your vehicle. I will no doubt come back and thank you Eagle Automotive Service. read more

I have had work done there on several vehicles over a few years, with mixed results. I would not recommend to people who don't really know anything about cars. I would say it is best to know what you need done, and stick to that. imho read more

Fast, efficient, and affordable! The service was great! Not sure if I remember the manager's name, Mike, or something. Either way, the service is impeccable! I was getting an alignment at 8 am, they said it would take till mid-afternoon however, I received a call around 11 am that they were finished. Quicker than I expected. The price for alignment is a screaming deal as well. If you stop down at the Discount Tire on Wadsworth, right by Sams club, ask them for the Eagle Automotive coupon, they have them as they work together for repairs. My total with the coupon was $49.99. Subaru was quoting me $200! Yah right Subaru... I will be coming back to Eagle Automotive for sure. Thank you! read more

*WARNING* to anyone thinking to use Eagle Automotive. Back in late 2019 I brought my 2011 Accord in at 7am when the heater went out. After I dropped off the car, they advised (within an hour) I also had a steering pump out that needed to be replaced. They quoted over $1500 for everything. I told them I did not have that kind of money at the time. They pushed me to apply for a credit card so I could make payments over time. Clearly, this was a directive that they sign clients to the credit card to increase total charges. 10 hrs later I got in the car to drive home and switched on the heater. It sounded like a helicopter was landing in my passenger seat. Walked RIGHT BACK IN. Received attitude for questioning if the steering pump and heater had been replaced, and if any work had been done on my vehicle. I was told the mechanic had just left and I could leave the car over the weekend and pick it up "when we have time to look it over next week--we are really really busy." In my head I thought, "I JUST PAID YOU FOR INCOMPLETE AND NON-EXISTENT WORK." I am not a loud mouth. I don't cuss. I don't argue. I was being a patient and considerate client. In return, I was "shoo'd" out of the business so other clients coming in wouldn't overhear. Another man also picking up his car, returned to the office to complain of work not completed. I asked how they could have my car for 10 hrs, charge me in the morning, then give me a car where the primary issue was not corrected. I said, "It looks and feels like the same car I dropped off this morning." But boy, did they HUSTLE to get me signed up for a credit card when I dropped off the car! During what I now refer to as the "upsell credit card fiasco" Eagle Automotive had advised me to replace the engine to my trunk as it was "burnt out." Thank God I refused that charge. Fast forward to a year later after 2020 COVID and I find a honest and reasonably priced new mechanic. He tells me that, it is clearly not possible that I have a new steering pump. He walked me out to the bay and showed me a new steering pump then allowed me to view the current steering pump. THERE IS NO WAY A STEERING PUMP CAN LOOK 8 YRS OLD IN 1.5 YRS. He shows me the heater and tells me that too, appears to be an original or used part. I was never advised that used parts would be put on my car--in fact, I was always charged for "new" parts (which I put in air quotes as clearly, new means something completely different between myself and EAGLE AUTOMOTIVE). The new mechanic advised me that the wire to pop my trunk open via the remote had been dis-engaged (unattached) from my trunk (he was unable and unwilling to confirm it had been intentionally done). He then fixed it at no charge in under 3 minutes. I want Eagle Automotive to understand that charging a client for work and parts when you knowingly have neither done or plan to do the work, nor put in new parts (how dare you charge me for a new part when you CLEARLY either did not replace it, or had it pulled from a scrap yard then charge me 300+ times what you paid for it) is not just morally bankrupt, it's CRIMINAL. Almost every time I took my car into Eagle Automotive, they told me that I had a nail in my tire and tried to upsell overpriced tires. Twice when I went to replace almost brand new Blizzak tires, I was told it appeared someone had shot a nail into the sidewall of the tire with a nail gun. Funny, as I had ZERO NAILS IN MY TIRES WHEN I ARRIVED. Four times I took my car back within 72 hours of getting an oil change because of lights and fuses burning out or tires not holding pressure. I was told, "These things happen." My new mechanic replaced all the headlights and fuses that could have caused the issue for $60 and surprise surprise, I have had zero issues with any lights or fuses in almost a year. Over an almost two year period of time I was advised a half dozen times by EAGLE AUTOMOTIVE managers/the owner to bring the car back in so the lights could be fixed, and EVERY TIME I would immediately find I had more severe light issues, or nails in my tires. In the end, Eagle caused me to replace over $800 in tires, charged me for a new steering pump that clearly never made it into my car, and charged me over $300 to "fix" a lighting issue that in my opinion, they caused. The employees and mechanics of EAGLE AUTOMOTIVE are so focused on upselling every client that walks in the door, that they have forgotten the Golden Rule of Automotive Services -- thou shalt be honest and equitable with every service, and with every client. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend Eagle Automotive TO MY WORST ENEMY. And in case you thought, well they have changed staff, they have changed their ways, it's a different location, they are better now, think again....this cheetah had two years to change it's spots, and in the end, proved itself to be completely unable to meet the bar of reasonable customer expectations. read more

Love these guys. When you're looking to build a relationship with a local auto shop, you're looking for honesty, integrity, and quality work. These guys knock it out of the park in all 3 of these categories. My family has 3 cars that we bring in here and they do a phenomenal job not only correcting the issues, but being transparent with us about what issues need to be dealt with ASAP vs others that really aren't that much of an issue at the time. Brought in the car for oil change, which was through coupon that I kept getting in the mail. Cory informed it will be a couple hours before he calls me back, when the car would be done. I accepted this because I live next door and was so convenient for me, but also for my family. Upon doing a inspection, Cory informed me that I needed new brakes. When I told him, let me make a few phone calls and I will get back to him. Called him back within a few minutes and said, I will only do oil change. He continues with asking me why and where would I do the work. Honestly answered to him what are my plans to do with vehicle, he says he will honor the coupon, but that is all Eagle want do for me. lousy. Everyone seemed pleasant enough, but I didn't feel they did much of a job diagnosing the problem I came in for. Sold me some secondary things. Kept delaying the time. Feel like not much of substance was done. read more

We were introduced to this location with a discount coupon for an oil change from my Father-In-Law. Mr H. had a positive experience when he went in prior to my visit. I had intended to just get that oil change and complimentary recommendations for vehicle maintenance services. But I ended up getting seasonal tires switched there as well. Found them to be friendly and helpful, and Mr H. says they may be a little too low key in selling their services, but I appreciate the approach they take--simply stating their recommendations, and leaving it up to the customer to decide when and if to have those services done. read more

OVERPRICED!!!!!! Guess you do really pay for that "courtesy car" that is so worn out that you are scared it will break down on you!! The other thing, when they say "your keys will be under the floormat" when you go out of your way to pick it up after hours, you would expect their honesty, however, that wasn't the case and no apology the next day when I had to take a second morning out to get my car. Bad customer service, overpriced. Only giving the extra star because there was a loaner car but would not recommend this place if you would like to be charged reasonable prices for a simple service. read more

Charged me for services, I have pictures to prove, they didn't provide. My car also wouldn't start in their parking lot after a break job, forcing me to rent a car to get home to my animals in the mountains. Their lack integrity makes me question the near $1800 I have spent since November. If they would jeopardize their reputation for so little money, did I need the overpriced services to the degree I had done to date? Their only compensation was the $19.99 they overcharged for to begin with, and a weak verbal apology for ripping me off. I would have told every woman I know as a widow they were honorable instead of the negative word of mouth comments I will share. read more

I called and set up an appointment and asked them what day they would be able to have my car back by lunch. Was told Wednesday, I dropped my vehicle off at 7a that day. At 9:18a they sent me a text with a list of stuff that they wanted to do to my vehicle and none of it had to do with why I dropped the car off. At 1p I called to see when my car would be done and they said the technician would call me back, when I had not heard anything by 2p I called and they said the technician was putting together the list of items that would need to be done before they could do my alignment. They should have put that list together at 9a instead of the stuff I did not bring my car in there for. The whole thing felt like a bait and switch, now my car is making a noise it was not making when I dropped it off. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a mechanics. Then when I was telling a friend he mentioned that Discount Tires had referred him to this shop as well and he had a similar experience. I lost my cool with these folks and their bait and switch attitude, they could have given me the correct timing and repair information upfront and been honest but chose to be shady! read more
