Just came from here needed a new tire; man at counter asked for my tire size, went and got it he clicked around on his computer for like 30 minutes and said "the only tire we have is a premium tire for 250 dollars" literally attempting to rip off a guy. Do not go here. For context I drive a Hyundai sonata and have never paid more than 100 for a tire. read more

My tire popped on the way home and I called Goodyear and they were able to get me in even though it was near closing time. They had my tire size already there when I got there and it took 20 minutes to change. Very professional, I go there for all of my needs now. read more

I can't say enough about Nick at the Cache Road location. I bought a new set of tires for my Camaro in May of 2025. In August, I was in Oklahoma City and ran over something in the road. Got my car towed to a Goodyear location and got the tire replaced. On the way home from OKC to Lawton, I was shook like crazy! I actually stopped and asked a stranger to borrow his lug wrench because it felt like the tire was coming off! It was apparently the balance, and when I dropped it off to have the wheel balanced and an alignment, I went to pay and found a zero balance because of the issues I had in OKC. I'm not big on raving about any business, but Nick at the Cach3 Road location is an example of what everyone wants when they go to a service center. Absolutely the best experience EVER!!! read more

I am new to Lawton.I needed brake work done on my CRV-Honda. Called around and found that Bobby was very courteous and recommended a free service inspection. Today, Shawn and Marshall were exceptional in helping me. Explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They gave me a ride home, only for me to forget my phone in their truck. They brought it back soon after. Called when car was ready, picked me up and brought me back to get my car. I am very happy with their service and help. I recommend their business highly. read more

The tire buying experience has been so exhausting and frustrating here in Lawton, dealing with lazy, rude, price gouging reps. The Goodyear staff was different. They were very friendly and super professional. Goodyear ordered my tires, called me when they arrived the next day, and although I waited and called them back at 4:30pm, I was told to bring in my vehicle. The manager was AWESOME, the young staff of men were fast and professional, no goofing off. I was given a military discount and an honest report on my brakes and alignment. No extra fees were added...and they were finished by closing at 5pm. AWESOME!!! The customer service guy was warm and inviting and super funny. I am more than pleased with Goodyear. I NOW feel confident enough to get ALL my vehicle needs done there, knowing I'm going to get the best deal and service...Thank you!! read more

I have purchased tires from this establishment for years. August 2022 I purchased tires for two vehicles with the road hazard warranty. Friday, February 16. I had my car towed to Goodyear on cash Road with a blown out tire. I was told road hazard warranty would be honored, and I would not have to pay for a new tire. One individual states I will not have to pay for a tire and another person called me to inform me that road hazard warranty will not be honored the tires had less than 15,000 miles on them. I purchased tires for a longevity of 65,000 miles. Well, to make a long story short I was clipped $300 for a new tire. I have been a loyal customer for decades , I will never have another Goodyear tire on another vehicle. The manner that I was treated was deplorable to treat a widow and senior citizen in this manner is just not acceptable I was treating in a condescending manner! Stay away from Goodyear on Cash Road you will get clipped in a sidebar. I was told by a competitor the road hazard warranty would have been honored at the establishment! read more

I am still thanking Jesus for the kindness of one of the mechanics. While driving down with my family to San Antonio -- including 2 and 1-year-old boys -- my SUV got a nail in the tire. In addition to it being a new car, and the second time I got a nail in a month (different tires), I was beyond frustrated when the nearby Mazda dealer was unable to help me. After speaking with an associate, who told me I had to wait an hour for service, my husband thankfully ran into a mechanic who just finished up an order. Seeing as we already had the tire with the nail off the car and were riding on a donut, it took all of three minutes for this awesome mechanic to repair and put it back on. And what's even more awesome is that we weren't charged! (I'm guessing because the nail didn't puncture the bag and we took the tire off ourselves.) I'm so thankful for the generosity of this mechanic and his willingness to help us out so swiftly. He really didn't have to and we appreciate it! read more

My wife and I were on our way home from okc and got a flat tire. Some nice people changed the spare for us. We stopped at Goodyear to have the tire looked at. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly. The store itself was very clean, especially the bathroom. I've been to other shops and I can honestly say this was the cleanest by far. They did all the work free of charge and sent us on our way. Will definitely be returning in the future. read more

I began coming to this store when the one on 11th street kept screwing up my vehicles and have always had good service. Today, I brought my wife's car in for a tire rotation and alignment. While here, they came and told me that a lug nut came off difficultly and that they had to replace the stud. When I told them they were the only ones to have ever removed the lugs, they immediately told me that wasn't true since they haven't touched the car since 2016. This was after I had already told them I was behind on rotations due to how far we lived. They continued to tell me that I was not telling the truth. I don't appreciate being told I was a liar. Not good customer service on my opinion. I unfortunately had no choice but to have the lug replaced. They are also, the only reasonable Goodyear location in the area. They kind of have you stuck. read more

Went there today to get my AC checked for the 3rd time, yes third time. After an hour the tech brought my keys back and told me he couldn't find any leaks even after applying the dye, my money was refunded. I then drove a few blocks down the road to Firestone where after about 20 minutes they found the leak. The low pressure hose was rubbing against a cable and the aluminum hose developed a hole which was letting the refrigerant out. The techs wasted 3 of my Saturdays without doing their job. The leak was so obvious there was a sound and a lot of dye coming out of the hose. After leaving Firestone I went back to Goodyear to show them what they had missed all these times they said they were checking for leaks. The tech that had worked on my car on all 3 occasions refused to come out, I guess he was so embarrassed . When I asked the guy at the front desk to give me a quote for the hose, accumulator and labor, he told me he could not get the hose for me. I checked autozone and they had the parts in store. It is a Ford, American made, how can a mechanic say a simple hose cannot be found? Goodyear has lost a customer , if this shop was the last one on earth, I would rather get in debt and buy a new car. These techs need training or they should stick to oil changes and wheel rotations. I will never recommend this particular shop to anyone. The people here are always so friendly. I recently got a nail in my tire and the first place I took it to told me that I need to replace the tire because they cannot repair it. I decided to take it to Goodyear instead and they were able to repair it for me and didn't even charge me. They are always busy so be prepared to wait a bit. If you have a ride, I would suggest leaving your car there. They will call you with any updates or whenever your service is done. read more
