For starters. The people at their service department are by far the worst team I've ever dealt…read morewith. My vehicle was diagnosed by their "technician" with a problem in the fuel system. When trying to fill up it would only allow the pump to put in $5 or less. I was informed that the gas tank and some kind of filter needed to be replaced. The part (Tank) needed was not available and that it would take at least one day for it to come and that they would have the vehicle ready for pick up in 2 days. At this time I told the gentleman to go ahead and order the part, The part arrived 3-4 days later. I called and was told that there were delays with the delivery ( really?) and that the vehicle would be ready late that afternoon. At about 45 minutes before closing I called but was asked to leave a message and that they would call me. Guess what? exactly, no call and no updates. Next day, called again and I was given the same story about leaving a message. I waited and since their personnel didn't call me I decided to go by the dealership and check in person. Well, the gentleman told me that they were working on the vehicle and that it would be ready before closing. I'm not sure about it being ready but I was able to pick up my vehicle that day. Left the dealership and went straight to the gas station. To my surprise the problem was alive. Returned to the dealership, was told that the qualified, certified and verified 'technician" was not available and that first thing next morning they would check the vehicle again. To make sure things didn't go south I was there before opening. Here is where I started to doubt their skills. The technician said the the problem still exist, Duh! I asked if anyone checked or even tested to see if the problem has been fixed before the vehicle was returned to me? they all looked at each other and I swear it was as if a remake of an episode of the three stooges was being taped. Well now I was told that even when the tank and carbon "filter" or whatever else it was replaced that this problem may occur. How can this happen with so many expensive parts being replaced after your accurate diagnostic? Sir, we are going to check and without a doubt the vehicle will be ready this afternoon. Oh this is awesome! now I have their word and nothing can go wrong because they have given me their word. That afternoon, I went to the service department to pick up my vehicle and not only it wasn't ready but it was parked outside with a flat tire, subway sandwiches wrappers on the console and bird "poop" all over it. Once again there was no explanation as to how any of this happened. The Certified, Qualified and Verified 'technician' said he didn't move the vehicle and I guess he didn't noticed it was missing? by Now, now we were into the holidays and it took a few more days to hear back or get a call back. I was told that they found the problem, Alleluia! it turned out it was the least expensive and easiest to replace part. So in short, my vehicle was diagnosed with cancer, Treated for Leukemia as if terminal but it was only a common cold. Good to know I had all those expensive parts replaced by a Trustworthy, Certified Qualified, Verified and well supervised team! !

I had a couple of other issues for them to address and they stated they'd take care of those as well. I arrived an hour early since I was in the area and they saw me right away, even though they didn't have to. I think I waited maybe 30-45 minutes and they were done. All I know, is it went really fast. The staff was friendly as always. They didn't offer to wash the car this time, so that was good for me!

She brought her 2025 Kia Sorento with all-wheel drive in for an oil change. The service special for Tuesdays and Thursdays includes a free tire rotation. While completing the service, the service team told her they did not rotate the tires because the front tires were supposedly in better condition than the rear ones. She told me about this afterward, and that explanation made no sense for an all-wheel drive vehicle where even tire wear is very important. The service team then said they would deduct the rotation from her bill even though the rotation was supposed to be free. That alone felt suspicious. I called only to verify the pricing, and that is when I learned they charged her the price for a six-cylinder oil change even though her vehicle is a four cylinder. That should not have happened under any circumstances. When I asked about a refund, the service rep told me the service manager was out for lunch and would call me back. I never spoke to the manager at all. Instead, the same rep called back later and claimed he managed to catch the manager before a meeting. He blamed the incorrect pricing on the manager being new, even though my girlfriend paid her bill to a completely different employee. It did not add up and seemed like an excuse. Between the skipped rotation, the incorrect pricing, and the conflicting stories, this experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I do not recommend this dealership for service!

Bad Review of Car Mart of Lawton, OK…read more My niece visited Car Mart of Lawton and had one of the most disappointing experiences imaginable. Upon arriving, she was greeted by a salesman who seemed more interested in his personal comfort than the customers. Think she mentioned his name being Leonard or Lonnie. My niece told me, throughout their conversation, he had a strong odor of marijuana, which made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. The selection of cars was underwhelming, and many vehicles appeared to be in poor condition. When she asked about the history of a particular car, the salesman was evasive and seemed to be stalling rather than providing clear information. It felt like he was more focused on making a quick sale rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. To top it off, the prices were inflated compared to similar models she found at other dealerships. She left feeling very uneasy about their practices and unwilling to recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and look elsewhere for more professional service and a better selection.

Lonnie cant be trusted and all he is wanting to do is sell you a car and not have a care in the world what condition it is in. David, he doesn't know anything about vehicles, and cant even help you when it breaks down or even have shops relay to him properly, he even tried to pull the wool over your eyes as he tries to explain the problem, but it is related to something else. My vehicle has been in the shop for now over 8 times for the same issue and all they want to do is still take your payment, no matter if you can drive or not. ZERO STARS

Oh my gosh! To find an honest mechanic, who does a good job, who is quick and thorough?…read more All three? Impossible? Not here, but wait. YES! I will look no further. Redd's id great in all three. We had a problem with our radiator in our van. Or so we thought. We took it in there and They fixed it. But it wasn't the radiator that was the problem. Redd's found the main problem and fixed it, plus added in some basic things we needed, like an oil change and wiper fluid. We had a problem with our second vehicle. Well, are you surprised we took itt Redd's too? And it turned out a minor fix. It was under 100.00 when finished. Really? You can't find anything under 100?! But they were. And it was good complete work! They are very informative, very professional, and very down to earth, explaining everything and making sure you have no questions. They fix it right the first time. If you find an immediate problem, go right back and they will take care of it. They are now on my to-go-to list--if, I just need an oil change. They do it all, like a real shop. My Dad was in the business, so I recognize a good place when I see it. If you are not watching, you will miss Redd's garage!! It's just off 'Sheridan gate'(gate 4) on Sheridan and Ozmun. It's right behind the empty lot where Sonic used to be. Very simple-looking place so it's easily overlooked. Don't overlook this business!
