2 different times I had an appointment and both times they didn't get to my car until 2 hours after my appointment.

Went in just for a simple reading & battery check, even though it was lunch time, Austin went above & beyond imo for just a simple service! Needed a battery replaced, got it replaced & came back for another read & got the same energy the second time! Very courteous & efficient! read more

Courteous and friendly staff and deliver vehicle when promised. Out of their control but synthetic oil change seemed a bit pricey.

Steer your car clear. Staff was not helpful and they will not work on foreign cars like Volvo, Mercedes. They could have referred us to Goodyear but did NOT sent us to an imports shop to which they replied the guy that runs it isn't very nice or to Mercedes and hour plus away. We have a tire that needs fixed now not next week, so the managers responses were not helpful nor did I sense that they care for military. Could be my personal opinion but having on a uniform seemed to matter. read more

Took our car in for a wheel balance and alignment, they called an hour later saying that they could not do the alignment because the rack and pinion had a broken bolt, then asked if it was hard to drive. The car was driving perfectly when it was dropped off other than a vibration at highway speeds. I had them show me the broken bolt and you could see that it was a fresh break because there was no dirt and the bolt was shiny. They said that they couldn't repair the damaged part as they don't do that type of work, but they said they replaced rack and pinion, so that makes no sense to me, they would not even claim responsibility for the damages and tried to put it on us. Customer services was horrible, prices are outrageous! They wouldn't recommend me anywhere else for a tire that they didn't have for my car.

Where to start? OK, so I'd been in a deposition prior for nine hours. I had a blowout on the way to Lawton and wanted to have it fixed for my trip back to Oklahoma City. I had two choices to pick from, Walmart or Firestone. They were the exact same distance away from me. I believe it was around 6:30 PM when I walked in to Firestone and if I'm not mistaken they closed at seven. Phil, who I found out later was the manager, greeted me. I said "I know it's late but do you think you could get me a tire before you close?" Phil responded with something along the lines of "you bet, we'll take care of you." So I took a seat and waited for my new tire. I wasn't the only one there. There was an elderly lady working on her dream catcher and a couple of other gentleman. What impressed me as I sat there, was Phil's interaction with each of these people. It seemed as if everybody knew Phil, liked Phil and or were friends with Phil. Two other things that I overheard and impressed me as I sat there was the elderly lady who was weaving her dream catcher. It's seem to me as though she was a little concerned about what needed to be done to her car. Phil was extremely informative and considerate and explained what needed to be done so that she felt Secure and confident. Second, there was a gentleman who had been dropped off to get his car fixed. I believe it was close to closing time and I remember overhearing Phil say to the gentleman "don't worry sir, I will stay here with you until your ride shows up." The gentleman's ride showed up and it was at least 7:15 and Phil was cashing me out. And in that few minutes Phil and I chatted about our kids, about Christmas and just life in general. Now I know why it seems like everybody knows and likes Phil. He's accommodating he's friendly and he makes it more then just getting work done on your car. Got a flat tire, called in 2 hours before close. In and out in a super fast timeline which was great! Still got to my appointment on time! Had a great conversation with the sales rep and even the mechanic about marvel movies and the concert I went to. They are a real family kind of store. You have to go!! read more

Only go here if you have nothing to do all day. Bring a book. Bring a laptop, battery charger, and popcorn. You will be waiting all day literally. One time I left my car for oil change, alignment, rotation. Called back at 5pm. They said they forgot about it. They said if I left it overnight I would be first one done in the morning. I called he next morning to see if it was ready to pick up. It was noon. No one worked on it and no one knew about it. Great service. Avoid this place. What a rip off. I went in to get my tire replaced after getting a flat. They claimed to put on new tires and I paid over $600 on them. When I went back to get a replacement because I had a warranty on them, they claimed the tires on my car were not theirs and not in their system. They also claimed that I must've gone somewhere else to replace them, but I didn't! Why would I go somewhere else to get tires when I have a warranty on them? I had my receipts but that didn't matter to them. Anyway, The tires in my car were not on file and I would have to pay full price to replace them. I left upset and frustrated. I tried talking to them but they didn't want to listen. I filed a report, contacted corporate and notified them of their fraud. I have yet to hear back from them and I went to a different company. I will never do business with this company ever again. So please keep your receipts, tire information, make and model. Make sure you watch them put new tires on, otherwise they will be lazy and put a used tire off someone else's car on your vehicle. read more

I have done three oil changes here and bumper to bumper check couple times with different vehicles. All my services with this Firestone place have been awesome. The prices are right. On the weekend the shop is a little packed. read more

We had a tire issue while passing thru town and this was the only place open on Sunday. The store manager (Shane) had a hundred different things going on and still took care of us like we the only ones needing his help and service. Glad to know people like this still exist and his team got the job done within an hour. Thanks a ton!! read more

Took my truck in to fix a squeaky belt. They replaced it for just over $100. Squeak started again the next day. Took it back and they replaced it again for free. Same thing started the next day so they convinced me they needed to replace one of the pullys for more than $200. Next day, still squeaking, so I took it to a RAM Truck service station and they said the belt was the wrong size. They replaced the belt and the problem was fixed. They wasted over $300 and a bunch of my time because they couldn't figure out they had the wrong size belt. UPDATE: After posting this, I was immediately contacted by Firestone Management to help resolve the issue. They emailed me to get more information and then the manager called me to apologize and find out how they could fix the issue in the future. They also offered me a full refund. Thank you for the quick reaction and friendly service. I will be back. read more

Got my brakes and rotors replaced 3 months ago. The next week, I noticed some squeaking while braking so I took my car back in. I was told it is "normal" to have squeaking while braking but upon further investigation they found glazing of the rotors. They firmly insisted that this was caused from me braking too hard, and took the time to "educate" me on how to drive. After driving for 15 years and not having any issues with my rotors glazing prior to Firestone touching them, I felt pretty patronized. After speaking with several other mechanics and doing my own research, it is obvious that glazing of the rotors comes from leftover grease or oil at the time of exchange. The fact that firestone recommended I get them replaced (when not even 2 months old!) and offered to pay for half means they realize their wrong doing. I will never return to this store and I've already recommended against it to several friends and coworkers. read more

We had our air conditioner go out in our SUV and went to Firestone for them to run diagnostics on it. The outcome ended up being they were not sure what the problem was but it MAY be the compressor. They also said the freon was low but they were unable to identify where the leak was coming from. They quoted us a fix of right under $2000.00 and made sure to put in the notes that there is no guarantee that that would fix the problem. We declined the quote and instead brought it to the dealership which they were able to identify within the first 20 minutes of inspection that the schrader valve was loose causing the leak. They fixed the valve and then refilled with freon which the AC started working. The dealership gave us the option to either keep the freon or take it out and send back to Firestone to re-fill since they did not do a through inspection and this should have been identified very quickly since we paid the diagnostic fees. We decided to call Firestone about this and they kept telling us that "we told you that the compressor may not be the problem...". We asked them to at least re-fill the vehicle with freon with no charge. They said a manager would call us...that was on 10/05/2020. It has been 4 days and no one has called us. We feel they did a poor job at the diagnostics and could have possibly caused us to pay 2 grand when the issue was NOT the compressor but was a loose schrader valve (which if inspection was done thoroughly, would have been identified pretty easily). read more

Took my wifes car to this Lawton store on 38th street for a standard brake job , " what a mistake " . Had an 8:30 am appt. Should have taken no more than a couple hours .Wife finally called them , was told car was on the rack . B/S ! We went to the store around 5:00 pm , nothing had been done to her car , the brakes had not been touched ! Apparently they just took care of all the drive ups and let her car sit . We sat there till 7:00 pm Fri. night watching one person attempting to get it done, while the other techs just wandered around an empty shop and we finally went home , car was finally ready Sat. morn . This is undoubtably some of the worst customer service I have ever had . We were told many different stories as to what they were supposed to be doing and when car would be ready . the evening mgr was very apologetic for something the am crew shoved off on him , he tried to appease me with a small discount ( thank you ) . The morning crew that was there when we picked her car up could have cared less ! I will never use this business again . Will not reccomend to anyone . read more

This is the worst place to come. This is my second visit thinking the first was a fluke. But this confirms. 45 minutes it took them to decide they didn't have my oil filter. I'm here for an oil change and 45 minutes later they decide to see if they have the oil filter. The first time I was here they left my car alone in the bay for 30 before they even opened the hood. My check coolant light came on this morning so I took my 2006 Cadillac CTS here to see what was going on. An hour later I get a call saying that my water pump has a leak. To replace it and the thermostat was going to cost me $800 - $875 ! I was like why? According to the tech the parts alone were $659.00 and the rest was 3 1/2 hour of labor , I know crazy right . So I make a call to the local Cadillac Dealer to find out that OEM Parts that I need from the dealer is a total of cost of $256.32 that's for the water pump and the thermostat with an additional cost of $36.00 for shop fees. Which now bring my cost to $292.32 - taxes. I call Firestone and question the cost difference and they say that most of the cost is in the 3 1/2 labor cost when in actually at the most it's an 1 1/2 hr job. So either the dealership is totally wrong on their parts and labor or I'm really being hosed by firestone ???? My thoughts stay away from price inflating Firestone My point and opinion this business can not be trusted read more
