Oh my gosh! To find an honest mechanic, who does a good job, who is quick and thorough?…read more All three? Impossible? Not here, but wait. YES! I will look no further. Redd's id great in all three. We had a problem with our radiator in our van. Or so we thought. We took it in there and They fixed it. But it wasn't the radiator that was the problem. Redd's found the main problem and fixed it, plus added in some basic things we needed, like an oil change and wiper fluid. We had a problem with our second vehicle. Well, are you surprised we took itt Redd's too? And it turned out a minor fix. It was under 100.00 when finished. Really? You can't find anything under 100?! But they were. And it was good complete work! They are very informative, very professional, and very down to earth, explaining everything and making sure you have no questions. They fix it right the first time. If you find an immediate problem, go right back and they will take care of it. They are now on my to-go-to list--if, I just need an oil change. They do it all, like a real shop. My Dad was in the business, so I recognize a good place when I see it. If you are not watching, you will miss Redd's garage!! It's just off 'Sheridan gate'(gate 4) on Sheridan and Ozmun. It's right behind the empty lot where Sonic used to be. Very simple-looking place so it's easily overlooked. Don't overlook this business!

I came to Pat's Auto repair hoping to get my AC fixed. I was told that the problem was one of two…read morepotential issues, my compressor or the expansion valve needed to be replaced. But the mechanic had no way of identifying which problem it was unless they repaired them each. He never gave me the indication or deliberately said "I can fix the expansion valve but I don't have the equipment to fix the compressor." In fact, he referenced to how he could fix both multiple times. Both would be costly so we decided to start with the expansion valve which was the cheaper one to fix. I allowed him to do the repair in good faith that if this wasn't the correct thing that needed to be replaced then at least we'd know what the issue actually was and that he'd also be able to fix the compressor need be. WRONG. He NEVER told me that he didn't have the equipment at his shop in order to repair the compressor. In fact, I'm quite certain that he said he'd be able to do both. I allowed him to fix my expansion valve and SURPRISE, I still have no AC in my car and I'm out $320 bucks. I'm not a spiteful person and I'm very reasonable but as a mechanic you should communicate the capabilities your shop has before deliberately working on people's cars. I left feeling like I was scammed because in no world would I have allowed him to touch my car and pay him for essentially doing nothing. I appreciate the diagnosis but what good is a diagnosis if you can't do anything to repair the problem. And just so I'm clear, yes I do in fact believe that he fully knew he could not replace my compressor and let me run with the idea that he was capable of doing so. At least I have a brand new expansion valve though, right? All in all I do not recommend coming here unless you want your time and money wasted. If I could give 0 stars, I would but here's one for free Gatorade and water to ride home in the heat I guess.

We live in OKC and actually drive down to this Hyundai dealer. We have bought a 2020 Santa Fe…read morethrough the salesperson Chris, and then a couple of weeks ago a 2020 Sonata Limited through the salesperson Adam. I have to say that both buying experiences were absolutely wonderful. Chris and Adam were both very helpful. I know that the dealerships make money when financing through them, however, since we were paying cash, they didn't have many options but still managed to lower the price of the car. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market of buying a Hyundai and stay away from the ones in OKC.

Our experience with the used-car sales team was extremely disappointing. We were initially quoted…read moreone price, but after agreeing to move forward and requesting the final total, the price increased by more than $1,000. We understood that documentation fees would apply, but we were told the additional increase was related to required safety-feature upgrades. We drove from Tulsa to purchase the vehicle and texted the sales team to let them know we were on our way, but received no response. When we arrived, we were told the vehicle was not ready and might require several more hours. We later learned that parts had been removed from our vehicle and used on another vehicle, meaning it would not be ready for pickup at all. We had to return to Tulsa without the vehicle. The sales team then assured us that all repairs would be completed and the vehicle would be delivered the following week at no additional transportation cost. However, the following Monday, we were informed that they had begun using a new transport company and that we would be responsible for the delivery fee. Because of the unexpected price increase, poor communication, and changing commitments, we decided not to proceed with the purchase. This experience left us with serious concerns about the dealership's reliability and business practices. We are very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Thanah Le is the man! He just sold as a super nice pilot at a very fair price! I didn't over pay…read moreand I got more than I owed on my trade in! My old co-worker recommended I talk to Thanah Le about getting my wife's new Honda Pilot after I told him I was having a hard time finding a fair deal. We went to two dealerships in Oklahoma City one in Wichita Falls, talked to a guy in Altus and a few near Dallas they wanted 4-5k over Msrp and to give me less than what I owed on my trade in by around 3k I understand it's a hot item but I think that's crazy! That was all a waste of time. Normally I'm not the kind of guy to get a car that just came out because it seems to be more difficult, and costly but my wife saw a 2016 Pilot and her eyes lit up so I had to find one even though I'm kind of a tightwad with my money. We wanted gray with black leather, a fair price and to get at least what we owe on our trade in. Thanh was the first salesman to just look at me and say "alright I will try" and then make it happen without throwing out crazy numbers. With help from the sales manager they found me a car, gray with black leather, all season floor mats, nice wheels, power everything including lift gate, tented windows (not just the rear factory tent) wheel locks, paint protectors, I can't list everything on this thing but it's nice! They had it delivered rather than putting miles on it by driving it back. So even being a dealer trade it has only a few miles on it. They offered all the insurance and protection I could want but let me decide what I needed rather than trying to tell me it's the only option. and got me a great interest rate. To summarize, I don't plan to buy another honda from anyone but Thanah! Also he was HONEST!

We got a car for our daughter to go to College with. Had her take it in for an oil change in April. Keep in mind she'd been driving it for a few months before this. No issues what so ever. They change the oil and not 2 days later she's calling me telling me it's temping hot. I drive over to where she is to find there is not a drop of oil in it. After looking a little better. No drain plug either. So I put one in and fill it with oil. Seeing this as a learning moment for our daughter I send her back to inform Erik's. They put a whole other plug on it and refilled the oil. Well the car almost immediately started smoking BADLY. Again I sent her to handle it herself. They look at it and have the owner call her. He starts off by saying "I don't know why I even need to call you for this". She explains the situation. He has the balls to say "it's just a coincidence. But I'll look at the video and call you". Well 2 weeks later no call. So she calls and gives them my number. I call and leave a message. And have now called and spoke to the manager on duty. He tells me "I'll have the owner contact you. Still nothing. He will talk down and treat a young woman like she's stupid. But when a man gets involved he's got nothing to say. Not even a "I won't do the right thing" call. I operate a small company. I get trying to protect it. But if we were to mess someone's stuff up. I'd damn sure get it fixed. But not this place. I'll never give this guy a dime in business. And will advise others to do the same.
