Buying process for wheels was quick and easy. When I got them mounted here is where the problem lies. After taking my truck home I realized there was a lug nut missing. I looked at the missing lug nut hole and a whole wheel stud looks like is missing or had gotten snapped off. I received no notification of that. And if you google how important one wheel stud is, then you would think they would tell you. It is my fault for not checking everything before leaving but that is definitely information they should pass to the customer. Would be a 2 star, but the customer service when I bought the wheels was pretty good. read more

Please pay attention to the reviews here and do not make the same mistake that I did. I read the reviews and still decided to give this company a chance. I like to make my own evaluations most of the time, plus the tire prices were reasonable, at least comparable to what I could have gotten elsewhere, plus I was able to get an appointment the same day. I paid for everything online, went in, and checked in. Upon handing over my keys, I was asked "Would you like us to check your alignment?" I said sure and was told that NO WORK WOULD BE DONE unless I agreed to it. I did not mind the check, as I just had an alignment in November and everything was golden. No harm in checking right? Waited an estimated 2 hours, worker comes in and hands me my keys and says "All done, here is your alignment paperwork, it was pretty good actually". So my assumption, ASSUMPTION, was that the readings were from the check. When I got in the car, compared them to what was previously done and everything checked out. Fast forward a few hours, I have a voicemail stating that I still needed to pay for the alignment. The alignment that I did not ask for, yes, that one. This was on June 12th, 2025. The business was closed so there was no discussing it. June 13th, 2025 (today), I get another call and I lay it all out just as I typed above... The reply? After talking with a "manager" the reply was "Well, the work was done so you still have a balance." It was chalked up to "bad communication", which has nothing to do with me. I sat in the lobby and was never approached and asked if I wanted to add another service. Oh, instead of paying $85, I got the AMAZING "my bad" discount and only had to pay $71, so win? I guess... I am not saying the place is shady, I am just saying that the optics are what they are. I gave one star because the initial interaction was fine, no issues at all and that counts for something. I do not think that, as a customer, a company's lack of communication should be passed on in the form of an additional charge even with the bare minimum of a discount. I will NOT be returning and I suggest that you take advantage of the tire prices, but DO NOT leave your vehicle in their care. Apparently they can add on whatever services they feel like "doing" and charge you for it. read more

IF YOU ARE THE SUPERVISOR OF DISCOUNT TIRE, PLEASE READ THIS DISCOUNT TIRE has the most aweful customer service ever. I came here to change my tire and the guy told me it would take about 45 minutes. So I decided to wait. Did they change my tire after 45 minutes???!! NO WAY~! They didn't even start at all. My car was in the exact parking spot that I parked. Changing ONE TIRE takes more than 45 minutes?? What's even worse is that they haven't done anything for 45 minutes. I just wasted my time doing nothing there. Not only I wasted my time, there customer service was terrible. I had a medical appointment after this and when I asked, "did you guys even start my car yet?" They told me, "We haven't, but it can be done in 15 minutes". ARE YOU SERIOUSLY KIDDING ME? If they can change a tire in 15 minutes when I asked them if they even started, why did I wait 45 minutes and extra 15 minutes to change my tire???? I paid for a tire change. Had damage to a front tire from a pot hole. Was told by discount tire that we didn't buy the road hazard so we had to replace them (we bought all 4 tires from discount tire 7 months prior). When we took car in they said the rear tires were at the minimum tread of 3/32 and that it was dangerous to drive. Wasn't prepared to make that decision yet so we left. Took to a different tire store - the tires come with a road hazard warranty that prorates for the amount of tread and that my rear tires were at 7/32 not the extreme dangerous to drive (their words not mine) 3/32. Found out they did the same thing with 2 of my co-workers. Do not go to Discount tire. read more

I reached out to this business a few weeks ago to set up an appointment for one of our work trucks to have the tires replaced. When we got it back our guys quickly realized that we were missing a hubcap. I called Discount Tire and they denied having the hubcap and didn't really offer any ways to fix the situation and even implied that maybe it had been missing for a while when it had been there until we visited their shop. Great store friendly staff. My only complaint as a parent. My 17 year Old son went and had tires put on his car, we couldn't pay online because the app was payment wasn't working. I made an appointment and just sent him with cash and two pictures of what we wanted showing tires and price with tax installation the whole 9. When I got the invoice it was 20 dollars more than the paper I sent. So I called and Victor answered and help me and explained what the extra charge was the extended warranty which was not on my paper that I sent which he did show the employee. Victor apologized and said he would refund me the money I said it's fine since we live out of town. My question was, did the employee ask my son did he want the warranty and was it just added, Victor didn't know what was said but would relay the message to make sure it is asked instead of just being added. I had recently ordered some tires online from this place. So I decided to give this place a try cause of the good reviews and everyone that was talking about this place. So I needed up taking my car in to have 3 tires installed on my vehicle and everything looked good until I was driving down the highway I heard a popping noise coming from the front of tire, so I got down and looked at it that's when I realized the lug nuts weren't tightened properly. Lucky enough I had the equipment in my trunk to tighten them up my self and head down the road again. Someone could of seriously got hurt and my safety is my main priority. The warranty deal they have is phenomenal and there is a charge for them to install the tires for you. I also liked how they did not scratch my wheels like some places I have experienced. I've been coming here pretty frequently for a couple of months now and each time I have been here the service has been outstanding. I've gone to previous discount tires before coming to Lawton and my experiences have always been pretty good, but this location in particular has had excellent customer service. They are extremely welcoming and friendly and their technicians are always extremely professional. I always make an appointment online and they always keep it, I'm in and out quick. They always go above and beyond what I ask them to do, usually I come in just to get the tires rotated but they inspect all the tires, balance them, and refill them. Thankfully there's now this one, and their service is spot on with the other locations I've been to! Went in for a free air check, and the employees were super nice with no pressure at all. I've been using Discount Tire for years in Texas and Colorado. This is an excellent company that will take of you. Specific to this location in Lawton, I only had my tired rotated today. With that said, I was able to get in and out within about 30 minutes. I didn't have an appointment and they fit me in just fine. On the both the telephone and in person, the associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. My tires should be good for a while longer, but I wouldn't hesitate to use this new Lawton location for any of my tire needs. Thanks guys! read more

Used to work here back in 2015-2016, this place had the best service and well trained techs. Over the years after I left this Job many of the great Managers such as Jarred, Bryce, and a few others were the best ever at this store. The Store manager Scott ran this place at the best pace possible with the best customer service. As you can tell over the period of time they have gone from 5 star reviews have tanked. Had trailer tires mounted a few months prior, as I was watching the tech install them on the trailer he went to torque the wheels but didn't seem to know how to properly use a torque wrench. Instead of hitting the one click he blew past it. Wouldn't be surprised the torque wrench is damaged from doing this everyday. These people have good hearts but not sure they know what they are doing, could be lack of training possibly. I'll be buying tires from Discount Tire Direct as I have been doing for half price road hazard. I'll be going to Golden Triangle Tire for any mounting less likely to have new wheels damaged, They only have one tire machine but they do great work, even willing to clean old rubber and any grime off the bead if you have issues with leaks. read more

I've done most all of my tire business with discount tire. I ordered wheels and paid in full and when I showed up to have them installed the wait was worse than I've ever experienced. At least 5 other people arrived after me and were served and gone before my truck was ever moved. Slowest discount tire store ever. I had a flat tire that was changed by AAA the next morning the spare was flat I went to discount tire to get the flat fixed they went so far and above and beyond the call of duty that I will never ever get tires from anywhere else they are the most awesome people I have ever met. In fact they helped me out so much and they were so kind that my son said he would drive the 200 miles to replace the tires on his truck with them when it comes time to replace those tires. read more

Where can I start!!! I went around town looking for new tires and comparing prices. My last stop of the day was at Discount Tires! I revisited with Bryce the first week of October 2018, as he helped me back in January with a nail in the tire of another vehicle we had. When I came in he remembered me, and I felt that was a great way to start off the natural flow of things. So I started telling him that we have a truck and we almost hydroplaned because the tires that were on my truck were worn out and were the original manufacturer tires, not very good. Bryce took his time telling me about the current tire I had, and the ones he recommended going to. His recommendation were the Goodyear Wrangler UltraTerrain...... Holy smokes, not only do these tires make the truck look even more bad ass than before, the ride was that of day and night. I was no longer afraid of driving in the rain and having to throw my truck in 4 wheel drive to just make it through the weather lol. Not only is Bryce a knowledgeable caring guy, but it wasn't like talking to a sales person, it was more like talking to a longtime friend, the relationship he builds with his customers is one to be experienced by. He is truly a funny, funny guy. I told him if he ever left Discount tires he should do stand up, he replied with "he's been told that or to do radio" I said I could see him doing both. We laughed, talked, shared stories, he listened to what I need in performance on the truck and took in account the safety and fuel friendly tires. I came in on 12 October 2018 a little later than I was planning but, nonetheless I didn't mind waiting for them to put tires on the truck, they were extremely busy, but I promise the way they treat you with respect, laughter and professionalism you wouldn't even know you've been there for a couple of hours.... Everyone from Bryce, Victor, Milo and Matt you all ROCK!!! I would send a 1,000 people to you y'all if I knew 1,000 people, so YELP will have to help with that lol.... :0) Keep rockin out great tires, attitudes, laughter and THANK YOU for taking such great care of me, I am SO HAPPY y'all were my last stop, because I would have never wanted to do business else where and Blessed that I didn't have to. If I could put negative stars I would they have the worst customer service ever!!!! Ignore u at counter and 2 days after my tire was bad and did not have my size tire so they said they had to order it a week later I called they said my tire was ready I came in was ignored at the counter again then finally they came and told me after they already took my tire off that my tire was not in yet so I sat there two hours for nothing they didn't even check and make sure my tire was at their store before they took other temporary tire off so I'm still waiting on my tire to come from wharehouse weeks And I live in a different town then the store is that is why I called so I would not waste gas driving there if my tire wasn't ready yet but yet they said it was so I had to spend gas for no reason because they don't check and make sure things are in the right place very unprofessional read more

I went here to get some trailer tires. I ordered them on Monday and was told they would be here in 3 to 4 business days. I called Friday and they said they would call me back after 10a.m. No call back. I call again at 2p.m. they called the distributor while I was on hold. No tracking info. They said they would call the shipping carrier and call me back. No call back. Monday comes around and I get a call from them very apologetic. They ordered a different set of tires which would be here Tuesday. Offered me some compensation which I declined because I just wanted my tires. I didn't want anything for free. They called me Tuesday letting me know they got the tires in and can be put on anytime. I dropped them off during lunch and went back 3 hours later and they were ready. Employees were very nice and helpful when I dropped the tires off and picking them up. This may sound like a bad review but I gave it four stars because they acknowledged there was a problem and did everything they could to make it right. Bottom line is I will use them again because they didn't let the problem go unnoticed and tried everything to resolve the issue. Hopefully next time I can update this review with 5 stars. read more
