I looked at the missing lug nut hole and a whole wheel stud looks like is missing or had gotten snapped off. I received no notification of that. And if you google how important one wheel stud is, then you would think they would tell you. It is my fault for not checking everything before leaving but that is definitely information they should pass to the customer.
