I had heard that this place would sell you a vehicle that was not what they said it was and unfortunately we did not trust our instincts and we bought from them anyways. We purchased a dodge flatbed and it has been nothing but problems. From getting it home then realizing none of the lights worked because of wiring issues to it breaking down and stranding my husband within the first week of owning it. Also found that is was using oil.. Took it to them and they said drive it a little more and see if it starts performing better.. Well 700 miles and six months later it is still not running well and sometimes not at all and they told us there are a lot of things that could happen to a vehicle within 6 months.. Pretty much told us sorry about your bad luck.. Also this was previously one of their family members trucks so they knew it well, so there's no excuse.. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Wish we would have followed the advice of others. If you must buy from them have your vehicle checked out by someone you know and trust!!

Oh my gosh! To find an honest mechanic, who does a good job, who is quick and thorough?…read more All three? Impossible? Not here, but wait. YES! I will look no further. Redd's id great in all three. We had a problem with our radiator in our van. Or so we thought. We took it in there and They fixed it. But it wasn't the radiator that was the problem. Redd's found the main problem and fixed it, plus added in some basic things we needed, like an oil change and wiper fluid. We had a problem with our second vehicle. Well, are you surprised we took itt Redd's too? And it turned out a minor fix. It was under 100.00 when finished. Really? You can't find anything under 100?! But they were. And it was good complete work! They are very informative, very professional, and very down to earth, explaining everything and making sure you have no questions. They fix it right the first time. If you find an immediate problem, go right back and they will take care of it. They are now on my to-go-to list--if, I just need an oil change. They do it all, like a real shop. My Dad was in the business, so I recognize a good place when I see it. If you are not watching, you will miss Redd's garage!! It's just off 'Sheridan gate'(gate 4) on Sheridan and Ozmun. It's right behind the empty lot where Sonic used to be. Very simple-looking place so it's easily overlooked. Don't overlook this business!

I don't often leave reviews, but I had to post about our recent experience with RV Connection,…read morespecifically Jessica, Barbara and Matt. We have been searching for a very specific unit for several months and happened to find it in Lawton, OK at RV Connection. We live in Aurora, CO. Discussing such a big purchase on a unit 10 hours away comes with quite a bit of stress. Jessica and Barbara were both amazing with their communication. They stayed in touch and answered all emails, calls and texts promptly. They were also flexible in working with our schedule and made sure the unit was ready and in pristine condition ahead of our arrival. Despite our arrival landing on a busy day for them, they were able to start our walkthrough appointment ahead of our scheduled time. Matt did our walkthrough and helped in overseeing the install of the weight distribution hitch, reverse camera and other smaller accessories purchased onsite. They had us in and out it record timing so we were able to hit the road back to CO at a decent time. All three of the folk we worked with provided us an outstanding experience and I want to thank them for all that they did to make our dream travel trailer become our reality!

This towing company is the most rude, unfriendly service I have ever dealt with…read more Best Towing and Recovery appears to be a one truck company operated by a guy named Will Buckholts. His attitude was consistantly smug and depreciating. It was like he really didn't want to have anything to do with you. I couldn't say anything without a curt, ' shut the heck up' type of response. The receipt I received for the tow indicated that there was a $100 balance due. I had paid cash for the tow. Nowhere on the receipt did it indicate the tow was paid for. I needed a receipt to indicate the tow was paid for so I could submit it to the insurance company. When I called Buckholts to mention the receipt did not indicate the tow was paid for, he simply dismissed me out of hand, saying "I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you' in a manner that indicated he couldn't care less. Then he hung up. Unless you enjoy being made to feel like you are less than worthless, I would not recommend this towing company.

He said yes he could so we provided him with the year make and model as well as the VIN number and scheduled the appointment with him. We contacted him again couple of days prior to our appointment to confirm he can get it done and he told us as long as we get the vehicle to him by 9am on the day of our appointment. Today was our appointment and we had the car at his business by 8 and again they reassured us it will be fixed by end of business today. So since we had the owners assurance that it would be fixed today, we turned in our rental car. We didn't get any updates so we called in the afternoon and was told there was a mistake and they didn't have our windshield and someone was supposed to have called us but they forgot. Now I understand they are busy but don't make promises if you can't keep them, especially if you're the owner!

My old co-worker recommended I talk to Thanah Le about getting my wife's new Honda Pilot after I told him I was having a hard time finding a fair deal. We went to two dealerships in Oklahoma City one in Wichita Falls, talked to a guy in Altus and a few near Dallas they wanted 4-5k over Msrp and to give me less than what I owed on my trade in by around 3k I understand it's a hot item but I think that's crazy! That was all a waste of time. Normally I'm not the kind of guy to get a car that just came out because it seems to be more difficult, and costly but my wife saw a 2016 Pilot and her eyes lit up so I had to find one even though I'm kind of a tightwad with my money. We wanted gray with black leather, a fair price and to get at least what we owe on our trade in. Thanh was the first salesman to just look at me and say "alright I will try" and then make it happen without throwing out crazy numbers. With help from the sales manager they found me a car, gray with black leather, all season floor mats, nice wheels, power everything including lift gate, tented windows (not just the rear factory tent) wheel locks, paint protectors, I can't list everything on this thing but it's nice! They had it delivered rather than putting miles on it by driving it back. So even being a dealer trade it has only a few miles on it. They offered all the insurance and protection I could want but let me decide what I needed rather than trying to tell me it's the only option. and got me a great interest rate. To summarize, I don't plan to buy another honda from anyone but Thanah! Also he was HONEST!
