At the end of the day, close to 5:30 I finally received a text message from Corey saying " I was seeing about taking a look at your window today" I responded to the text that I was expecting someone to call me sooner and he never responded. So I called him. He said "well I didn't know you lived that far out" and we were running behind and my boss will just have to call you." So if I'm told after lunch and that I would receive a phone call, which didn't happen and I had to call them because it was almost 5:30. To get told I live too far out, why schedule me to begin with, why tell me after lunch? Why not just say hey we are running behind schedule or can we reschedule you? I would have been fine with that. I was worried I'd miss them coming so I chose to leave work at 3:30 to be home to wait for them and didn't hear from anyone until almost 5:30 via text. Then when I reply to the text, I get no reply back. I had to make the phone call to him. Then this morning I'm told " well that's just how we do business." Great response and I was told "if that wasn't to my liking that I can just take my business elsewhere." Great advice, will do!

They completed the necessary work on my car in a very timely manner. I was given a ride home upon leaving and back to their location upon completion which saved a bit of difficulty finding a ride.
