When I lived in Lawton this was my go to then and it still is for a multitude of reasons, but the…read moremost important-- they genuinely care. I realized mid-morning "Crap! I need an oil change before I head back to Texas." I drive a 2015 Toyota Prius so I called the local Toyota dealership and of course they are slammed. I explain my unfortunate last minute mistake and ask if they can squeeze me in... they said, "sure, you can show up and someone will help you at some point." Ya girl has things to do, so that was a major bummer to hear that. I called Goodyear Auto Service off of 11th and spoke with John. He was super friendly and asked if I could come by two hours later at X time? Yes sir, I surely can! I knew I should have called this place first! I walked in and now I'm catching up on some podcasts while they finish up. I always feel taken care of when I'm here. Their customer service is top-notch and I just learned from overhearing another conversation --they only have three employees working today. On a Saturday. You couldn't tell at all. Everything is under control. I also appreciate everyone wearing a mask and socially distancing. I'm immunocompromised and it's nice to not have to stress out about that while here. Thank you to John B., Bryan C. and Brandon B. for holding it down and still providing excellent service. I feel much safer driving home to Dallas, Tx tomorrow. Great job, y'all!

Oh my gosh! To find an honest mechanic, who does a good job, who is quick and thorough?…read more All three? Impossible? Not here, but wait. YES! I will look no further. Redd's id great in all three. We had a problem with our radiator in our van. Or so we thought. We took it in there and They fixed it. But it wasn't the radiator that was the problem. Redd's found the main problem and fixed it, plus added in some basic things we needed, like an oil change and wiper fluid. We had a problem with our second vehicle. Well, are you surprised we took itt Redd's too? And it turned out a minor fix. It was under 100.00 when finished. Really? You can't find anything under 100?! But they were. And it was good complete work! They are very informative, very professional, and very down to earth, explaining everything and making sure you have no questions. They fix it right the first time. If you find an immediate problem, go right back and they will take care of it. They are now on my to-go-to list--if, I just need an oil change. They do it all, like a real shop. My Dad was in the business, so I recognize a good place when I see it. If you are not watching, you will miss Redd's garage!! It's just off 'Sheridan gate'(gate 4) on Sheridan and Ozmun. It's right behind the empty lot where Sonic used to be. Very simple-looking place so it's easily overlooked. Don't overlook this business!

Avoid Erik's total car care!!! Now that I have your attention, let me start off by saying I've…read moretaken a number of cars there. And they did a good job. We got a car for our daughter to go to College with. Had her take it in for an oil change in April. Keep in mind she'd been driving it for a few months before this. No issues what so ever. They change the oil and not 2 days later she's calling me telling me it's temping hot. I drive over to where she is to find there is not a drop of oil in it. After looking a little better. No drain plug either. So I put one in and fill it with oil. Seeing this as a learning moment for our daughter I send her back to inform Erik's. They put a whole other plug on it and refilled the oil. Well the car almost immediately started smoking BADLY. Again I sent her to handle it herself. They look at it and have the owner call her. He starts off by saying "I don't know why I even need to call you for this". She explains the situation. He has the balls to say "it's just a coincidence. But I'll look at the video and call you". Well 2 weeks later no call. So she calls and gives them my number. I call and leave a message. And have now called and spoke to the manager on duty. He tells me "I'll have the owner contact you. Still nothing. He will talk down and treat a young woman like she's stupid. But when a man gets involved he's got nothing to say. Not even a "I won't do the right thing" call. I operate a small company. I get trying to protect it. But if we were to mess someone's stuff up. I'd damn sure get it fixed. But not this place. I'll never give this guy a dime in business. And will advise others to do the same.

My old co-worker recommended I talk to Thanah Le about getting my wife's new Honda Pilot after I told him I was having a hard time finding a fair deal. We went to two dealerships in Oklahoma City one in Wichita Falls, talked to a guy in Altus and a few near Dallas they wanted 4-5k over Msrp and to give me less than what I owed on my trade in by around 3k I understand it's a hot item but I think that's crazy! That was all a waste of time. Normally I'm not the kind of guy to get a car that just came out because it seems to be more difficult, and costly but my wife saw a 2016 Pilot and her eyes lit up so I had to find one even though I'm kind of a tightwad with my money. We wanted gray with black leather, a fair price and to get at least what we owe on our trade in. Thanh was the first salesman to just look at me and say "alright I will try" and then make it happen without throwing out crazy numbers. With help from the sales manager they found me a car, gray with black leather, all season floor mats, nice wheels, power everything including lift gate, tented windows (not just the rear factory tent) wheel locks, paint protectors, I can't list everything on this thing but it's nice! They had it delivered rather than putting miles on it by driving it back. So even being a dealer trade it has only a few miles on it. They offered all the insurance and protection I could want but let me decide what I needed rather than trying to tell me it's the only option. and got me a great interest rate. To summarize, I don't plan to buy another honda from anyone but Thanah! Also he was HONEST!
