I brought my car in to have a tire checked, they replaced the wrong tire in the wrong side of the car and refused to make make it right by giving some type of discount for their error. They put a new tire in the rear driver side instead of fixing the correct time on the driver rear. before that the repair was completed and they never told me I was just sitting waiting for no reason. I went out to the work area and asked the technician if my car was being worked on he said I told the office guys it was complete 30 minutes ago. $2200, and 6 stressful weeks. They took 2 weeks to even diagnose my car and then took over a week to 'fix' it. It was not fixed that day. The first actuator that they put in was for a manual, not an automatic. The second actuator was defective. They got it right on the third try, just before they finally fixed my car after a long six weeks. When I finally went to get it back the first time, the mechanic had broken my shift indicator, and my air conditioning no longer blew cold air. I sat there for 3 hours while they tried to fix it, and couldn't. So I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to get a new part for my indicator, and another 2 weeks for them to fix my air conditioning. They told me over and over again that they would give me a call back, and never would. I had to hound them for any information on my car, and half the time, the person answering it would tell me to call back the next day. I felt lied to, I felt that my time wasn't being respected, I felt that they were not apologetic whatsoever. They offered no partial refund (though I didn't ask) for the inordinate and inconvenient amount of time they took. It was an entirely frustrating process that really surprised me, as this was the third time I had brought the same car in for repair. The first two times were fine, so I'm not sure what exactly happened this time. I will not recommend Hibdon to anybody. The lack of communication, and the fact that they kept sending me home with a still-broken car means I will never be back. So frustrating. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. read more

I told my company which is based out of OKC that uses a Hibdon up there that this place COMPLETELY SUCKS and has the WORST customer service of ANYWHERE in lawton! Five freaking hours to be told that my work car tire was non repairable. AFTER I PULLED IT OFF THE VEHICLE MYSELF!! Five freaking hours of not getting paid because I only get paid when I'm driving!! I warned my boss that the only people who use this turd hole are GI's who don't know better like when I first got stationed here. They seem to have a problem with tire balancing machines or technical expertise causing return trips when the job should have been done correctly the first time. They are also waning in communication skills as information is not exchanged accurately causing unpleasant encounters with narcissists staff. The staff here is always nice. Today it was so miserable in the building, the AC was set way too low. Don't bother using technology to make an appointment online, they don't go by them. Wow these guys are sooo awesome :) Being at our home away from home. My hubby had a blowout today , our spare tire for the truck is at our home in el reno , And so is my car! I called these people like around 4 told them what happened and explained to them that we cannot bring in our truck and were waiting on my sis to get here from el reno so we can take the tire that blew out up there then get the truck up there! Sounds like a lot right? It was! Since they closed at 6pm It did not stop them from helping us! We went up there picked out the tires we wanted, took one back to the truck by medicine park ,and it's after 6pm by then, they waited for us to get back so they can put on 3 more tires for us!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. After bringing my vehicle in for an alignment, I was informed that my upper control arm was bad and it needed to be replaced. I knew this wasn't true because I had just replaced both the upper and lower control arms on both sides of my vehicle not even a year ago. I get my vehicle home and lift it to inspect the control arm and one of the bolts had been backed halfway out. This leads me to believe that either the tech was incompetent or dishonest and just tried to turn an $86 job into a $362 job. Couple of things over the year has been of concerned but today broke the camels back. I have bought all my tires and my girl friends tires at Hibdon. I have paid for lifetime alignment, had my AC rebuilt ($1500). Last week went in to purchase a new battery, oil change, rotation and alignment check. First picked up can, no spec sheet for the alignment. Always have in the past but not now. Asked if done, told yes but don't believe so. Well today the end of my relationship with Hibdon, had a tire going down and asked that they check the tire for me. They advertise free flat repair, like I said I have bought I believe 4 complete sets of tires there and add ons. I was told that it would be hours before someone could look at it. This is a courtesy but no money. Went to Goodyear was greeted positively and was out in 15 minutes. I guess I have a new shop. Called on Wednesday for tires and they said they would be there at 2pm. Dropped the wheels off at 1pm. They called and said they were done. Left work early to pick them up by 6pm got there and the manager says the truck never came in but they would have them the next morning. They call me Thursday morning and say they didn't come in and I have to wait till Monday. What a joke of a company!! Be careful taking your car to get service here because they will take your money but don't do the job. I signed up for the lifetime alignment package a couple years ago and every time I go here to get it done, my car still drives funny. I ended up taking my car to the hibdon in OKC to get it done properly. Recently, I took my car here to get the alignment fixed and on the same day, I replaced my tires at Goodyear. Goodyear informed me that my alignment is bad, which I didn't believe since I just had it fixed. The next day, I took my car to another place to get checked and guess what....they weren't fixed! My friend had an oil change done here and her car broke down a few weeks later. Turns out, there was no oil in the engine. She ended up having to replace the entire engine. When she went to hibdon to complain, they just brushed her off not taking any responsibility. read more

I had came into the shop yesterday to discuss about the Nitrogen vs. Air in tires. I spoke with the mechanic, Andrew, and he was able to provide invaluable information to a frustrated user of Nitrogen air. Good afternoon, I'm writing in hopes to get my issue resolved.. Had a brake appt. this past Monday at 4 pm. Hibdon tire plus, Lawton Oklahoma. Dropped the car off and the first thing the guy says is that he doesn't think it will be completed today because it's kind of late.. I say ok, as long as we can diagnose the issue and resolve it soon. 5:30 pm. I received a call saying that my car is ready. 2009 Cadillac STS.. I come in to pick up the car and I'm told that I need two new rotars and 4 brake pads, which he must order and will take two business days to arrive.. He quotes a price and we agree for him to do the work.. Says he will call me when the pads arrive.. Two business days go by and I call to follow up and the guy says we've ordered them and they haven't arrived so he will call the parts company to get an estimated time of arrival and call me back. Needless to say I never received a call and it's almost close of business Friday.. Going into a weekend with bad breaks and rotors uninformed as to when the issue will be ressolved.. Really tempted to just pay more for better service and follow up.. Don't feel this type of issue should have taken a week and counting to address.. Very dissatisfied customer.. read more

They are very fast and efficient get my oil changes done on time and never need to worry about any thing. The Firestone down the street took a lot longer. Goodyear down the street even need to make an appointment! The only thing I would say its they need to slow down and interact with customer some time. Service is good but could be more personable. First off, Hibdon Tires is amazing. If you're looking for tires, it's definitely one of the best places in Lawton. I bought four new tires for my Rav4 about five months ago for a great price. But right now I'd like to give a shout out to Eric and his customer service today. I show up five minutes after they were closed with a totally flat and wrecked tire not knowing that they closed at 6pm. (I didn't realize i was driving on a warped tire through Lawton Eastside til I pulled over and had to change my tire to a donut ) Buuuuuut, by the time i finally made it to Hibdon, they were closing. Eric didn't hesitate to help me out! He changed out my tire, took off my donut, and put on the new tire without hesitation to closing time and without even a second thought. It saved me from making a trip later this week and riding on a donut til I could get back there. That's what I call amazing customer service even after a long hard day of work. It took these incompetent, apathetic, amateurs three hours to change one tire, thus standing my wife and son in their God awful waiting room while I was at work. Went into Hibdon's the other day with a flat tire. One of the guys that works there named Jon Hutchins took be right in and fixed it with no real waiting! Then to top that off he handed me the keys and said, "You're all finished and ready to go!" I asked how much it was and he said "It is NO CHARGE!" I was so thrilled! Professional hustlers/swindlers at their best; went to have brakes done; of course, with their evaluation(s); it was always more according to them; stated I only wanted brakes (front/back) done; the rep with an attitude, he went on to state, with brakes only, their is no warranty.....REALLY!.....As I sat and wait, I listened as others came in for services, after a moment, the technicians like clock work, called each customer to the counter to state that there were more issues with their vehicle.....very expensive work!,,,,,,,it was a female there (loud mouth) with very cunning and crafty speech attempting to reel customers into more expensive work; when the male rep seems to lose the customer, she would adlib of how beneficial the extra work would be for the customer.........very disappointed how a business attempts to swindle veterans......... read more
