Front staff, Trinity & Emily, are courteous, delightful, professional and knowledgeable. They made the wait less of a drudgery with sprinkles of friendly conversation. I overheard them greet a handful of other customers during my wait and these great qualities were consistent throughout each interaction with the public. My work truck got the oil change and tire rotation it needed. It's a fleet vehicle so I can't speak to value per se (company pays) but everything else is 10/10. Of significance, the employees were actively removing the "six foot social distancing" stickers from the floor while I was there: That marks the end of an era perhaps, but the start of this being my go-to for my fleet vehicle service.

I believe they took advantage of my situation due to having to have the car towed there. They charged me $923 to fix two lines of my brakes. They did not replace them. Just cut it in four places and put unions. They charged me over $700 alone in labor for this. They then threw on a "shop supply" fee of $70 at the end. I had to call them and get it off. To quote someone then add another $70 to that quote for a "shop supply" fee is unethical. I've taken my car to several dealerships and mechanics and have never had this happen. If you want fast service this is the place. Just be prepared to put down a decent amount of money for fast and easy work.
