When I arrived I was told that they couldn't do the work because someone had called, there were other cars in front of me, and they wouldn't be able to perform the work by 6 which is when they close. In their defense, they did try to call me but I was busy at work all day. In my defense, they didn't leave a voicemail and I didn't have their number saved so I just assumed the missed call was spam or scam. This was a waste of my time and I'm making it a point to write a review because I'm old school. At any job I've worked, things happen...people call out sick or equipment breaks. But at the jobs I've worked, if there was a customer commitment, we worked late to meet them. The choices are 1) pay a little overtime and get it done even if folks have to work a little later than normal or 2) tell the customers you can't meet the commitments because you're not willing to do anything extra like stay a little late. I guess this outfit chose option 2. I would not recommend this shop.

While my wife, our 8-month-old daughter, and I were traveling from Atlanta to a wedding in Leesburg, Virginia, our car broke down in Richmond. We dropped it off at Leete on a Friday afternoon, and I explained to the mechanics that we desperately needed the car repaired so we could drive back to Atlanta after the wedding weekend. They quoted me $1,000 for the job and promised they would do their absolute best to get us back on the road. The very next day, the mechanic kept me updated with text messages throughout the afternoon and evening. To make a long story short, he stayed and worked on our car until 11:00 PM on a Saturday night! Once it was finished, he let me pay the bill over the phone, which actually turned out to be cheaper than the original quote. He safely hid the keys for us so we could drive our rental car back from Leesburg, swap vehicles, and make it safely home to Atlanta without a single issue.Without the team at Leete, we would have been stranded in Richmond, missing work, and stuck paying for extra hotel nights. I cannot thank them enough. What mechanic stays at a shop until 11:00 PM working on a stranded family's car while constantly keeping them updated? They have earned my highest recommendation!

He was very nice, knowledgeable, professional, and just an all-around pleasant person to deal with. I originally came in for an oil change, and Tom took the time to let me know that my windshield wipers were no longer in good condition. He explained my options, gave me a great selection to choose from, and even made sure I got a great offer. I really appreciated that he was helpful and informative without making me feel pressured. What really stood out was Tom's personality and customer service. He treated us so well and made the entire experience so much better just by being friendly, welcoming, and personable. The manager, Stephen, also came out personally to greet us, which was such a nice touch and showed me that great customer service starts from the top! I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to others. Tom and Stephen, keep up the amazing work! This place gets a 100/100 from me!

They made sure to take extensive video and pictures to show what the problem was so I knew they weren't making anything up. It's an expensive repair, so I made sure to shop around a bit. Their price was very reasonable compared to some highly rated local competitors who quoted me hundreds more for the same repair. Although the diag was more on the expensive side ($300+), it was worth it when factoring in the competitive repair price! Service was top-notch. Somebody was always ready to pick up the phone, and I was also provided a free shuttle service to my workplace, which is a courtesy they can offer at no charge within reasonable driving distance. Everyone is super friendly and willing to expertly explain the issues in-depth. I was so satisfied I went back and got my spark plugs replaced there too; once again, this was a very reasonably priced service. They have a rewards/rebate program which can help you shave a few dollars off if you're a repeat customer. Friendly, honest, and high quality of service - overall I highly recommend!
