The man that came out got onto us telling us there were signs we should have followed. It was honestly a mistake because I wasn't familiar with the roads there. After two years of searching around town, we landed at Ingram's, told the front desk folks of our worries, and have been going back ever since. Yes, we pay a bit more here, but our clothes come back top notch, ready to wear, every time. We put in a big order the day before leaving town. Upon pick up that afternoon, we found one pair of jeans that didn't come back with enough starch. These guys were willing and able to get the jeans fixed up, back to us bright and early the next morning and even comped the service. They take good care of us and we'll be back regularly.

I took a few pairs of pants and a jacket that needed a new zipper - turn around for pants are 1 month and the jacket ? 2 months. Why? Because "prom". So, dont take your items around prom season unless you have months to wait. She also said I would need to provide a zipper for the jacket, but then changed her mind and told me she had a zipper (pulled from a big bag of zippers) that I could purchase instead. So, a question of honesty lingers. For services recieved, this place is not worth the hassle.

Cleaners NEW OWNER: promised ten (10) shirts over-night... I did NOT request it...it was volunteered. Got there the next day... 8- shirts ready. Two missing. Next day 1-shirt. Today... hoping to get the last shirt. I didn't ask for next day service... they offered and I accepted. Was there an explanation for getting 8-shirts?... and missing two.... then still missing a final shirt? Was I called? No... left my # as I drove in from Tuscola to be there for work.... out of my way. As of now... no last shirt from the first ten on Monday. DON'T MAKE PROMISES THAT YOU CANNOT KEEP.... and then try to squirm out of the "promise".... Have missed Keith for years due to his untimely illness and death and now miss Diana... neither would have made a "promise" that they wouldn't keep. Great people... reliable people.
