We'd been to this shop many years back. If you haven't been recently, make sure you go again. The…read moreshop has been greatly expanded -- it's neat and clean and has lots of interesting items. In addition, prices here are very reasonable. It seemed like most of the workers were volunteers. And the monies collected go to a good cause. There were actually a number of items I considered buying here. I wound up with only a small sentimental, but useful, kitchen item (I really am trying to down size), but could have easily got a few more things with no problem. This is the kind of place to come back periodically. As they get new donations, and the stock will change. I'm sure I will return...

This thrift store supports the Palm Beach Habilitation Center. According to their Facebook page…read moretheir "mission is to ensure that individuals with disabilities in Palm Beach County have the best environment in which to learn, work, and live. Turning Disabilities into Possibilities Since 1959!" I was really impressed with this thrift store. You can tell the people working here take a lot of pride in their store. Some of the staff are clients of the center. Everything is clean and arranged attractively. There are multiple rooms filled with art, furniture, housewares, collectibles, clothing, accessories, toys, and books. Prices are great as is the quality of the items. While I was shopping a lady bought a gorgeous mirror for only $20. They are willing to work with you on price depending on how long the item has been there. Support this worthy organization by shopping and donating here. They will pick up your furniture donations. If you live locally sign up for their loyalty program for an extra discount. They have a lot of things to look at and you are sure to find a hidden treasure.

This is more estate sale stuff of furniture decor and more than a discount thrift store…read more... They describe themselves as "upscale". Everything in this small store is marked and neatly displayed. There's room between most of the items. Price wise it's not bad with some items reasonable and others on the side of a higher priced goodwill -- but better quality. All items seem clean and in good shape. We didn't find anything we liked well enough to buy today, but that's not saying you won't.

Finders Keepers sells a little of everything. My first impression walking in is that they are a…read moresmall store but what they have is very nice and priced to sell. According to their Facebook page they have been in business since 2013. They are estate buyers so their merchandise is always changing depending on what they are purchasing . I have tried estate sales before but it feels like trespassing, going through someone's house that you know just died and picking through their stuff as their photos stare at you from the walls. Of course not everyone has died. Some people just want to sell a household of stuff in bulk before a move. In any case I'd much rather purchase estate items which are usually of a nicer quality than thrift, at a clean store like this. Also you are not having to drive around to multiple addresses. Everything I saw was in great condition. They had furniture, collectibles, mattresses, house hold goods, and even some clothes. If it makes up items in someone's household, they sell it. A wooden T.V.console was only $25. They had some nice knick knack shelves and I am currently studying my walls to see if they will accommodate them.I wanted to know if prices were firm or negotiable but the man who was working was chatting to someone else and I didn't want to interrupt. Although they didn't have a huge amount of items, what they do have warrants a look if you are in the area.

Since they formed in 2005, they have distributed 70 million pounds of food. RBI Thrift is located in the old Sears in Boynton Beach Mall. You enter from the outside, not from inside the mall. I discovered RBI while visiting Dillard's Clearance Center, also in the mall. One thing to note, there is no air conditioning. To their credit, the people who work here are somehow able to maintain a cheerful disposition despite the miserable heat. The store inventory is a mixture of new items donated by their corporate partners and used thrift items donated by the general public. I saw furniture, hone decor, plant and garden supplies, pet supplies, toys, kids clothing, art, shoes, sunglasses, accessories, bags, and beauty and drugstore supplies. Prices range from $1 to the several hundred dollars. I found a cute little rabbit dish from Pier One for only $2. I also purchased a brand new in the box microcurrent facial toning device and a microdermabrasion kit. Both were marked $10 but I only paid $5 each at checkout. They are both going for $50 all over the internet. I am excited to try them both out. If you enjoy bargain hunting I recommend checking out RBI where the proceeds go to a really great cause.
