I've donated over One Hundred times and I was treated like I didn't belong there at all. At the time I was in the process of moving to Portland and needed to down size some of my collections. I took a bunch of collectible items and was told I could pick up my check the following Monday. I showed up Monday and his father was manning the store. He looked for my check and couldn't find it or get a hold of Kerry on the phone. The gentleman took my number and said he would leave a message. I returned that Friday and again Kerry was no where to be found. Monday I returned Kerry told me he wasn't feeling well and was going home. He would look for my check and could I please come back for the unsold items. My check was not found. I returned 2 more times the last being Monday July 21st. Kerry's mother was there this time...she wrote the checks so she found the paperwork and paid me. I was told that my unsold items were not their responsibility after 3 days and they weren't sure if they still had them...(they had the audacity to tell me this after they were the ones who didn't have time for me on the day my check was promised.) AND, I was yet again told I had to come back tomorrow because they didn't have time to look for them. When I came back the next day only three of the 6 items not sold could be found. They compensated me nothing for the lost items. They are very unorganized and full of excuses I do not recommend anyone using this auction house.
