Bought a 1700 kitchen table set from Ashley Furniture a little over a year ago and just barely…read morestarted having an issue with one of the chairs needing the bolts to be tightened. I turned over the chair and there was a bolt rattling around loose and not even in its hole open the Velcro part on the bottom not only was that bolt not in its hole there's two other bolts that are missing and they don't even fit in to the chair properly because they were stripped out somehow mind you we haven't touched the chairs in that sense to where there Would be missing bolts. They simply just didn't put the chair together properly and delivered a faulty chair and now I'm stuck with a chair that I don't know how I'm going to fix mind you it's not cheap to buy on its own. they sure rope you in on the sales floor, but when it comes to putting your furniture together and delivery, they are garbage.

Every time we sit on it squeaks something a new sofa is not suppose to sound like but according to them it's normal. The bed is wobbly which according to them is normal. To top it off, when the guys from Ashley's came to see it, he said it was missing some bolts.
