Well when I went to cash in on it they told me it never existed. And then they told me I already used it. They started making up all kinds of excuses as to how it worked which I was never made aware of. So they basically said I was put of luck. Now you'd think that because they gave me a bad deal they'd try to make up for it by compensating me for this inconvenience but nope....it was just "Oh we are really sorry!" I'm done shopping there. They have some serious boot selection downstairs, though I wish they had more hiking boots, and a lot of cold-weather gear. There are some souvenir magnets and knives as well.
