The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Anne was our cashier, signed us up for the rewards programs and pointed out a few ways to make our dollars go further. She is super knowledgeable, very attentive and treated us like valued regulars on our very first visit! With a quick walk-around we were planning a second bird feeder station, trying on some snow gear and even looking at some new blue jeans. It was fun to shop here. The vet was closed and not answering the emergency line. We are from southern Illinois....so this was an anxious situation. We went to PetSmart and the employee couldn't help us there. She referred us to Mares-Z-Doats. The employees were eager to help. They sold me homeopathic drops which I immediately gave him and he has went from hardly being able to get a breath to no coughing for five hours now. These all connected by a dim corridor lined with empty stores. I came here primarily for a movie, so it was not too much of a let down. Nonetheless, the facilities were clean and well-kept despite its emptiness. If you are looking for a more complete mall experience, you will unfortunately need to drive out to Marquette.

The insurance person in the pharmacy works miracles, and everyone is accurate. The app helps find things, since staff are mostly all busy taking orders out to cars, and it's hard to get help inside. The outdoor pickup can sometimes take 45 minutes of waiting after they text that it's ready, so I've given up on that.

My two ruined cans were replaced and 4 extra cans were shipped for my inconvenience.
