She looks like a homeless boy. They failed at clearing her anal glands so they told me to put cream on the area, which means they hurt her! She keeps wanting to poop but can't. They shaved her to short and now she is red and irritated. They told not to let her outside in the sun! When I called to complain, she called mentally ill! She said it was all my fault for not keeping her groomed. That's the most laughable thing to say because I groom my dog every 8 weeks! She has never had a razor burn before! This is ridiculous! I am going to sue her for vet bills!
