The upstairs is just okay, but the stuff you'll find in the basement is awesome! I've been there…read moreso many times when they have some really cool vintage pieces of furniture, oftentimes priced incredibly low. There's a vintage clothing section in the way back of the basement (seriously this is the best kind of thrifting) where I have found a vintage handbag and a vintage wool coat. Both of these items I get complements on All the Time. Honestly I brag about this place on the regular. It's like any other thrift store, sometimes you hit it on a good day, other times not so much. I go weekly. As for the poster comments on the staff, I've personally never experienced anything but decency. Can you really blame someone for wanting to leave work on time on a Saturday afternoon? Sheesh...

The store certainly had a wonderful selection of Michigan Technological University quilt fabric, and so much more. I took my time and looked forward to an hour of relaxing and picking out fabric. My biggest complaint, however, was that a large percentage of the specimens on the shelves inside are not priced individually, and with such a wide range in sizes and potential prices, it can be difficult to know which items you may want to consider purchasing or not... after all, do you really want to lug a ton of rocks down to the cash register in the hopes you won't be breaking the bank?
