She then said that if there is a code on the item, which in this case was a hand written 'LP' on the inside, then it's a different price. I told her that's not correct. The price tag says $3.49. I then asked to speak with a manager. The manager confirmed what the clerk said. I said how would I know as a shopper to look for codes that mean a different price? Then I asked didn't a Goodwill employee put the tag on it and both the manager and the clerk said no, it wasn't. So who did?? They never responded to that question. Long story...the manager ended up giving me both items for $1.75 each. Does anyone else think something is fishy here??
