I shop at this location for the one of a kind treasures and for name brand clothes at a nice discounted price. I also donate to this location. The donation process is quick and easy. Such a smooth process. We pulled up and immediately 2 workers started to help my husband with all the donations from the trunk. the whole donation process took less then 5 mins. I love this Goodwill. The young man who collects your items is not friendly at all. Always seems to be in a bad mood. I was there a few days ago and he is not considerate and careful with people's donated items. He dropped and broke a wood piece without the person leaving it noticing. read more

Giving this store 2 stars because I have purchased items here, and have found them to be of good quality. Very surprised when I attempted to make a donation of items that were in good condition, albeit dusty after being in the garage, and to have them not only refused, but have the employee look at them with disgust. Yes, I'm aware that just as one man's trash is another man's treasure, one man's treasure is another man's trash. But good lord, be polite about it! Apologize, explain the policy/problem with the items, and thank me anyway. These were actually nice items and would have sold in that store quite well. I took them here instead of consignment because I wanted to do a good turn. Advice for anyone donating to this location? Be sure your items are already in clean and pristine condition. As a result of this experience, I will never bring any items to this Goodwill... too many other worthy charities who are grateful to receive things... or at least know how to refuse them respectfully. Love the easy drop off in the back of the store. They take most dominations. Only once did they not take what I brought, a metal bed frame.

Updating to add that the prices are now ridiculous, just like the other GWs in the area. Target lamps are $25 (I have bought lamps at other Goodwills, brand new too, and never above $12. Usually $7.99). I saw a cooler for $100. These are not thrift store prices my friends. This one is located in a fairly busy strip. I go to thrift stores for home decor but this location was too tiny to have an extensive home decor range. There were mostly clothes. Prices were ok relative to the other GWs i go to (i wonder why pricing varies) but customer service is lacking. I'm not really looking for exceptional service at the Goodwill But the staff at the checkout counter had an attitude. Probably wont be coming back due to lack of merch. read more

Easiest spot to do drop off donations...this place saves me every time. I sometimes will be out and about near other goodwills and they either stop donations early or aren't open for donations on Sunday's or will be too full but this place I can rely on every time! read more

New, small, extremely clean store. Employees were very friendly. Some of the housewares/odd & ends shelves were empty, but that may be because they're so new..? Didn't have much vintage when I went. I was able to find one cardigan, but the vintage selection was slim to none. The newer clothes they have did look nice though. The manager Crystal was unprofessional. She refused to take donations from a lady and asked her to leave. She literally kicked a lady out with donations! Then she kicked me off a stool but refused to help me with the items on the top shelf. I seen her argue with a customer at the checkout too. read more

Items are fairly priced and the employees are very friendly. I was able to try clothes on quickly. The selection was good and clothes were sorted by color. The selection ranged included toddler, kids, teen, and adult sizes. They also have home goods. read more

I just went to this goodwill to donate clothes, miscellaneous home items an a perfectly good television. After telling the man that it was a perfectly good television he proceeds to throw it in a bin and I watched it get destroyed. His response was "well they probably weren't going to sell it anyway" WTF!! I could if given it to someone who would appreciated it. A pleasant surprise for our first time here. The clothing was nicely organized by color, the housewares, etc were a colorful mixture of chaos. My son loves finding vintage Hawaiian shirts and he found exactly what he was looking for, while myself, I found a new Star Wars t-shirt to add to my ever growing collection :) read more

I like my thrift shops, garage sales, flea markets, so this is coming from an experienced dumpster-diver (just kidding!) But really, most of their items are from target and not as cheap! I still browse once in a while because it is right on my way to the park, and it is pretty well organized so I can get in and out fast, but I'm amazed at their prices. Way over-priced for most home items (used candle for $3.99!) I find that your best bet are the clothes, because a high end label is usually priced similar to a low-end label, but you just have to dig around and hope to find something- because most of it is junk! read more

Overpriced and bad condition items are put onto the shelves. They also remove the color of the week discount tags in the morning so there are no color discounted tags for you to buy. I use to donate a lot to Goodwill, but I won't be doing that anymore. This company has gotten too greedy read more

I used to love going to thrift stores when I was a teen. It was like looking for treasure and it really was. You would find some gems like vintage clothes, classic records, ect. Not so much at this location. Everythings over priced and the items are hardly well taken care of. Went through all the aisles and didn't find anything of interest. Impressed by the cleanliness of the store, actually smelled fresh, other thrift stores I've gone too smell odd. Only thing was the workers, not all but some were I feel had different attitudes towards different customers. Specifically this one lady, little older, tall, long black hair, she was so kind and friendly to customers she knew. Welcoming only the ones she knew into the store. You can hear her talking to them friendly and laughing loudly, seeming like a very nice lady. Then when she came to me, my first time coming there, even if we made eye contact, nothingg. Not that I was expecting something at all it was just weird how she gave off a totally different vibe & seemed like a total different person from what she seemed to be from afar. I used to love coming to this store. I would always receive wonderful customer service but now it's horrible. Every time I come in I always end up with a cart full of clothes , when I go into the dressing room they always inform me I can only take 6 items in and I always do exactly that. Today I was harassed by the workers TWICE for no reason whatsoever. Usually they tell me once and leave me alone and let me try on my clothes in peace. Today as I was trying on clothes an older African American woman (I'm not being racist I'm trying to describe them because I didn't get there names so whenever you come in to avoid them) from outside my doors yells at me that she only saw me put 4 items on the don't want/like rack. I informed her that the other 2 items were in my cart right outside my dressing room because I liked them and that it was a bra and shirt and they were right on top. She told me she didn't see it but she obviously didn't look so I had to put on my clothes and open the door and show her the clothes and then offered for her to count my clothes if she doesn't trust me and denied and said I'm just trying to make sure you have 6 items.....makes no sense since I JUST offered for her to count my items. About 5-10 minutes goes by and then another white older man comes up to me and asks me how many items I'm taking in. I got frustrated because I felt targeted for no reason and I said 6 items in a rather snappy tone because I was tired of being harassed and just wanted to try my clothes on in peace. He was so rude and disrespectful to me and was saying that he hadn't come up to me and asked before so I shouldn't be getting upset with him. I asked him if he wanted to check my bag since they loved to keep accusing me of something and said no. I don't understand their logic in the whole situation. If I come back again and get harassed again for trying on clothes I will be very upset and take further steps to speak to management. I understand telling me once is their job and I never was upset about that what made me angry is that they kept coming up to me and the older man was VERY disrespectful to me when all I was trying to do was come to goodwill try and some clothes and spend money at their store and leave. No way to treat a customer,and horrible customer service now. I was overhearing a conversation with another customer and an employee and they were just as disrespectful to me as to them so sad. read more

It smells like a diaper filled with my grandmothers expired potpourri. I went in here and found two awesome wooden pieces of furniture and had to hold my breath during the entire transaction I nearly imploded. The friendly and wonderful service alone compelled me to write this five star review which, if you're a frequent Goodwill shopper, can acknowledge is a very rare occurence. The workers here are efficient, nice, and considerate. I saw at least three instances where the staff struck up conversations with customers during my last visit; one complimented a customer on her makeup, another was telling someone of the good brands they could find, and another was helping a group of people find outfits for an 80s-themed party. I also didn't have to search high and low for someone to unlock the fitting room, which I find myself doing quite often at other locations. What absolutely won me over was my checkout experience. I bought two pairs of shoes along with some clothes and the cashier instinctively bagged the shoes separately without me having to ask her to do so. Where else will you find a Goodwill employee that won't throw dirty shoes in with the rest of your clothes? I've had other Goodwills dump dirt-filled planters in with my clothes! I thanked her for it and she told me that's how she would've wanted her stuff bagged so she did the same for me. I'll be back soon! read more

Very nice for a thrift store. Most of the store is color coordinated. Look for sales signs. Most employees were helpful.
