You can barely make it through the front doors, there's so much stuff junked up around the front checkouts. Used to love this place 8 or so years ago, the crew that worked there were pleasant and inviting and the place was always clean. I miss the friendly atmosphere and they actually cared about helping those that needed it in Jackson county. I hope they can turn it around eventually but who knows.

The time before this that I tried to sell, Jocelyn told the other young lady who was inputting my items (as I was literally sitting right by the window, in front of the buy counter), "vaule everything. It's not good anyway.", then smirked at me and walked away. I'm fully aware they have to buy items as needed, dictated by inventory... however, maybe they wouldn't be SO overloaded if they didn't buy items from people who support sweatshop operations like Shein. And walking through the store.. I wasn't impressed. This time, I was met by Ally and another associate who was going through someone's items. Rae said she would be right with me after she got another customer a fitting room, and as I waited Ally mumbled something I didn't hear. Then she snapped at me and said, "I can get you over here!" I walked over, she said that it would be about a half hour... five minutes later, I get a text. They wanted to take ONE item for $1.25. I'm not going to sit here and say all my items are flawless, name brand items.. but they're cute clothes and in great shape! It kinda looks like she set the basket aside and didn't even go through it. Quite frankly, I wouldn't go here unless you have either top end brands (but not too top end, because they "can't afford to buy those in") or fast fashion items, made from children in sweatshops. If you go in, good luck.
