It's not for everyone. But my friends and I love digging in the bins. Found pretty much all my OCC TOYS, new with tags on most.

This is perhaps the LAST GW store who's prices are still fair. I had a relaxing time perusing the aisles ; & I found some real treasures. I needed a price on an item ​ & Mr Bobby , the Manager, assisted me immediately. He was very profesional, friendly & helpful- he & his kind staff are the reasons I'm giving this location Five Happy Stars ! I didn't get a chance to shop the jackets or tees, so I'll be going back soon. read more

A ton of merchandise marred by horrible cashiers, will look you in your face and not speak, and don't dare ask to see something in the case if you're not buying anything as they will annoy you to no end about it "you buying anything today", geez you'd think they would get tired of asking it after 100 times. Also the worst clerk on earth on any store is the tall black girl who never wears a name tag, I've even heard her bully and verbally abuse other workers, and she is always making slick comments about customers, it's to the point I've tried to find out her off day to avoid her. I love the Goodwill but she definitely takes the joy out of it when she's there. read more

The Hispanics run this store. The manager seems to be scared to put them in their place when they break the rules but doesn't mind to take care of other customers that break the rules... we aren't supposed to cross the yellow line until the bin stops, but if there are shoes being rolled out, they will announce you will be asked to leave, but every one of the Hispanics cross the line and grab the tennis shoes before anyone else does. Also, there's one young white boy name starts with D... I think he bribe some of the workers to get them to hold stuff or either he just be asking if they got this or that in the back... idk if they fall for it, but he def do that.. he the boy that has the mullet.. All of the workers are very sweet and nice. The manager can be moody and it appear she be talkin to ppl on her phone sometime thru her air pods, which ain't professional but it is what it is... she definitely get the work done though. I love going to the bins in Hernando, tho! They have tons to choose from. It's like Christmas every time I walk in there. The staff treat you like family, too! They will ask how ya family is and everything. That's why I love it.. I just wish they would make everybody follow the rules... I heard the reason they can't kick the Hispanics out is bc they spend a lot of money in there... but so do I! And I follow the rules... read more

First experience at an Goodwill outlet bins. Well organized and people were like d and not aggressive like I have heard other bin locations can be. The GW staff hard working and did a great job being out new bins and removing older bins out. read more

Very disorganized Goodwill store. This is DEFINITELY NOT an outlet because the prices are EXPENSIVE! You might as well just go to the nearby Walmart Supercenter chile. 1 star never going back. read more

As expected... the facility is dirty, the items are normally dirty and kinda feels gross to shop there but I just use lots of sanitizer and gloves. I buy clothes and shoes here all the time. I just wash them and they're fine. Shoes are $2 clothes are 1.75 a pound so to me it's worth it. Don't go in expecting to find anything specific this is a store you just go in and something finds you basically.. no organization it's all pretty much just thrown in the bin so you have to dig for good stuff. Some of staff members are really rude but others are ok. They do quote random prices on the stuff in the back (furniture, electronics, baby stuff etc) so just ask several people haha. read more

On 06-14-2033 I was placing my bags into my car when the bottom fell out of the bag. I tried to catch it without avail. I was cut on my arm, ankle and glass in my finger. I pulled around to pick up my large purchases. Employee named Takiya was so sweet. She retrieved a first aide kit and helped me stop the bleeding. She also brought me a cup of cold water. The manager was present and never asked how I was or what happened. I did fill out an incident form but was never notified. We need more people like Takiya!!! Hopefully Goodwill will recognize her for her caring attitude towards their customers. Other staff are always smiling , friendly and helpful too. Love me some Hernando Goodwill read more

I was in GOODWILL HERNANDO today. Some may walk in and shake their head and wonder what they were thinking. But if you are one to want to find a diamond in the rough, you have found the right place. Today, I was the lucky one to come across a white cabinet. Not something most people might have been interested in, but I was in great need of one. From the girl that tagged it for me, to the wonderful woman that ran furniture pickup and her 2 upbeat helpers ... All I can say is Thank You for all your help and I made it home safely. The Goodwill should be very proud of these 4 employees, because most places don't believe in customer service anymore. Anyone who wants to be derogatory about the place doesn't really know what a treasure it is ... it's like winning the lottery ... except you don't have to lose a lot of money to find the Jackpot. read more

Had found some really great stuff paid for it all and as the cashier was bagging my items she knocks over my vase and breaks it. She says nothing, not sorry or do you want a refund etc. I had to find a manager who did offer a refund but she also didnt apologize for her cashier or what happened. Piss poor customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely recommend not coming to this one. Which is a shame since its nearby and i had planned to come back when i had help with loading/unloading items later. Oh well rather miss out then spend my money where ppl dont care! read more

Don't waste your time on this place, reopened after so called remodel. Employees are rude over the PA system. Still same old garbage as before, a big waste of time no deals what so ever. read more

Went in one day to look around and one of the employees didnt have the key to the treasure island part or whatever its called, so he called the manager out, her name was Kayla I believe and she made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by wanting to buy something. She had a horrible attitude and it made my trip to the store horrible. I hope she treats her employees better than she does her customers jeez. read more

If there's a place that needs new managers, this is it. They set random prices on items that vary daily and try to charge amazon.com prices for stuff they don't even know if it works. The real kicker is if they don't sell the item it gets crushed in the back of the store. Also if they havent met their quota for the day they will over charge you so you have to pay attention every time you go in there. The retail store is even worse when it comes to pricing and then they want you to donate your change.GTFO. read more
