She has small children running around everywhere, she's nowhere to be found when you need her and dresses like a model from Goodwill. Every time I have been in there, she's been too busy gossiping or gabbing on the phone to be of any assistance. She's rude if you dare interrupt her gossip session to ask a question. It seems the only reason she owns a business is to swap information about her customers, frenemies and neighbors. I know it's a small town, but have some decorum and respect for your customers!

The experience was extremely disappointing. Every customer who enters a store should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether the staff believes they will make a purchase. Unfortunately, we left feeling unwelcome and as though our business simply did not matter.

I received a gift and went to exchange the gift. I wasn't aware that there was a time limit for exchanges, and this was no problem because most stores have this practice. Once again, I understood their return policy and didn't question the policy at all. But the lack of sensitivity is what I question. She walked us through and showed us many options that aligned with what we were looking for. I can say all of the options were of good quality. I loved the different features each selection had. We were looking to replace our den furniture. We went with the one that was darker in color (we have a 1 year old, we can't go to light yet). It is beautiful. It reclines, the headrest adjusts to your head height, the cup holder lights up, and the sofa lets down in the middle and has charging stations, and more.
