Prices are higher than retail stores on a lot of their items. Even higher than eBay. A lot of…read moredonations are sent to their online auction sites instead of letting any local shoppers get a deal or find something collectible. No return policy on electronics that aren't tested. T shirts are mostly 6.99 and up, some marked at 1.99. Not sure where they get the value of items from, but needs a lot of improvement.

I also have a few wallets and items for hubby. This visit I was looking for a gift for my sister as well. We found them a matching his and her watch set. A cool new feature is they engrave your item for free and you get free maintenance services as long as you have the purchased items. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is beyond friendly and always eager to help and give suggestions. I have a great experience each time I visit. I'm so glad they added the outlet store close to the Memphis area! Love it!

She was really rude and disrespectful the whole time I brought my stuff in and signed in waited an hour and half she told me it would 45 mins I went in after I've waited a while and said I've been here for almost 2 hours. She oh well it will be about 20 minutes and got an attitude with me . I WILL not be going back!! They need to stop just hiring whoever.
