I am an upscale resale boutique hound and never fail to visit at least one in every city I go to,…read moreno matter what. This boutique did not fail to impress me. They had a wide variety of upscale shoes like Choo, Leboutin, Chanel, and Weitzman. They had at least one rack of St. John knit ware, as well as many other well-known designer names. The parking was ample, and the store was located conveniently not far off Poplar Blvd in a renovated house. There was a sale area in the back with 50% off clearly marked. The clothing was very current, no vintage here with a huge rack dedicated to formal wear. The store is closed on Sunday and Monday and is located at 723 E.Brookhaven Circle, Memphis 38117.

Looks up, but no hello or how may I help you. We were there about 15 min never acknowledge us or did we need help like we were invisible. Finally, my daughter said "uh let's get outta here" I just assume that anyone that has a business is in it to make money, but apparently they were not desperate enough to sell items to black people. After the customer left the employee asked me if I had a mask. I said yes and she told me that according to the mandate I needed to put it on. I told her that the other customer didn't have on a mask. She said "well I know her and she took it off to walk out" which was an untrue statement. I'm tired of the hypocrisy of employees telling me what to do when their "friends" don't have to abide by the same rules.

In the past I have shopped there. Not often, Hence why I had not done a review. I remember this place when my mom that is no longer here used to take me in there and my wife comes here to shop for props. I've always liked the layout it feels like a home, not a store. BUT, after yesterday this store has lost my business and a few other clients that have stated they are not shopping there anymore. 8 that used to shop there from our local game and a few that have had interest in going in the store. Why do you get one star. Well I don't care that you might look at me and I don't look white or that I don't cruise around with the golden girls. Or that I got out of bed grabbed a t-shirt and my dog and went out the door. When someone comes in to try and talk to you. A customer that used to shop here. To assist you on removing a location google added, that brought attention to this store in a public game. Yet when I talked to you, you we're cold and short on all your responses. What got to me, Is when I got in line and you addressed me first by asking "can I help you?" I came in to give you my information in case you wanted help removing this location from google/ingress game. You said it should be illegal for a game that uses free/advertising to have your location on there. When friends and I stop at this location while playing we stay for maybe 5-8 min max. I know of three of us have come in and bought something from Past and Present in the last two months. Out of all of this what hurt the most was: "I am with a customer right now, wait out side, I will be with you" madam I am not a dog.
