Yes. Found some great high-end used appliances for below $20. We'll definitely be visiting again.

Not bad but would be better if had more space. Little too cluttered. Also too bad the parking sucks at that shopping center. Otherwise, oķ.

Finding pre loved treasures is always exciting. The clothes are well made ( better than Ross and Walmart).. and I always get bargains.

Every item does have a memory tied to it and is very difficult to let go though I've been making new memories and have been filtering some items that have no use especially when it's been tucked away for year without knowing it was there I know it was time to downsize. Many items in my opinion is in great condition as is still deeply loved know that it will still be enjoyed by someone else will let it go and love to take it to several drop off location so that it's not taken to the landfill which is actually the saddest thing in my onion. This Salvation Army location in Kailua is quite massive and my favorite place to browse, very organized and with probably one of the largest selection of furniture is found here it's a great place to search for that find. Parking though is the worse as there's just a few stalls and for shoppers that's doing the hard search I found it impossible to wait for a stall as I just double parked after placing my donation in the bin provided right outside I walked in for quick browse but decided not to search too hard to only to return items back home lol! Great place with lots of find...come see here! Thank you!

It would also have a large forest in the back with a small babbling stream running through it. The atmosphere would be a dark, dreary, foggy and rainy place. If you think I'm kidding, I am not. My second dream home would be another 3-story non-haunted Victorian Mansion with an airy porch with flowers all over the place, and the interior would be decorated with stuff from this store: Muse Kailua. I know non-haunted Victorian Mansions do not appear very oceany but who cares! I love the stuff in here and you could probably incorporate a lot of their stuff with your current decor. My current decor is shabby messiness with a hodge-podge of clutter, mess, papers strewn about, Halloween decorations out all-year-long, paper receipts piling up in boxes, dried hibiscus seed pods cluttering up the counter and a pile of (fake) skeletons on the living room floor. No, again I am not kidding. Aside from this foolish decor in my house, the stuff in here is the stuff I dream about: a clean, uncluttered home, airy windows with white billowy curtains, home smelling like fresh lemons and decor from Muse Kaiula: seashells, floral plates, tropical oceany goodness, whimsical lovely items and dream-like girlyness. If you are into Victorian, girliness, girly girl, mermaids, ocean, tropical, and ooh-la-la this is your place, and you're in luck if you're on the mainland because now they have their online store open!! Return factor: OF COURSE are you kidding??? Coz I'm not.

So, I highly recommend going in with an open mind to other options, because, hey, you never know how perfect something else might be for you. ;) John is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about mid century furniture and design. He does beautiful restoration jobs on the furniture he has for sale, so you can't go wrong when buying from him. He also is super laid back and fun to talk to-not a pushy salesman type like in other furniture stores. Exploring all the beautiful pieces in his store just makes my heart happy! Highly recommend!

The items in John's studio were really neat pieces and we'll be back someday to peruse his collection when we're not on a laser-focused mish for a dining set. We really appreciated both his work and his willingness to help out some folks from a neighboring island. Thank you John and look forward to seeing you again in the future!

She's so sweet, organized, efficient, and has a great memory! Now, she has two stalls (both sides of the aisle) at The Marketplace at City Square. Look for her at the end of the building, right before the restrooms! She offered to let me try on some dresses, but I will pass because the prices are so good! One piece is $7 and two pieces total $10! She also has 3 for $10 deals on t-shirts, golf shirts, and children's clothing! Take a look! Aunty's Ukay Ukay is located in Marketplace at City Square and thanks to Nadine C she showed me that there's this place who had relocated from Chinatown and have found a new home here and you'd never know as it's primarily known to shop for groceries and other relatable items. You just need to walk all the way in the back by the restrooms (which I had no idea they had) and you can't miss her with racks of all types of clothings. A simple set up but the variety for both adults and kids from shirts to dresses I was quite impressed of the choices she has and the prices are just so hard to resist as what makes an outfit is how you present it and with values like this you'd be looking fabulous at a great price. Thank you!

When you donate to Goodwill, you can get a receipt for a tax write off and even get a coupon for 20 percent off one full priced item in their store! The Goodwill pod at Windward Mall is gone, so, I had to go to Windward City Shopping Center where there is a wooden structure... Like a little house. When I went, the staff was at lunch. The sign said that they'd be back at 12:30pm. I did a few errands and came back. Wow... What a difference half an hour makes! When I returned, there were so many bags of donations outside the door, on the steps, and lines up in front of the building! The poor guy was surrounded! I started to help him by bringing some of the bags closer to the door. Then, he asked if I was waiting for a receipt. I replied, "Yes!" He asked how many bags I had and wrote my receipt. I continued to help him and he said that he could do the rest. Wow! Well, I feel like I've been rewarded for cleaning my house. Hope to clean more soon! Note: closed on Sundays
