Nice store if you have the time to look through everything. The pricing seems to be reasonable but…read moresomeone needs to come in and actually organize what they have. And I think "upscale" is a bit of a stretch for the name. It's a nice thrift store, not really upscale at all. It has potential to be really great-lots of different areas including household, decorative, kids items and clothing. But it's not somewhere you can run in and try to find a specific type of item. Also, lots of furniture is outside where we just got around 3 inches of rain. Not sure everything wouldn't be soaked through. Edit:thank you for the response! I will try out the other locations and I appreciate your letting me know about them. It's a fun store to go and browse!

I'm super disappointed. This looked like a great store from the reviews and I was super excited to…read morecome! The prices were reasonable and I found a cool thing I wanted to take home. I arrived at 6:20 and the front parking was full (there's like, 7-8 spots max including handicapped) so I followed the sign to park in the back. What I did not know, unfortunately, was that the gate to the back closes at 6:30. Cue 10 minutes later an employee shouting that anyone parked in the back needed to move. I asked if I could quickly check out with the (one) item I had, and their response was essentially "no." So I moved my car - but again, no parking in the front so I was basically forced to leave without the item I wanted. I'm sure the staff here are wonderful. But for your trip, I would recommend planning to leave before 6:30 or you might be sorta screwed. It's unlikely I'll be back.

I'm filing a complaint with this organization this evening, but also wanted to write a review…read more I would hope that anyone who donates to this organization goes elsewhere. I would suggest donating to Grace Grapevine, they are so kind and more Christ like than the people representing the financial assistance office at CCA. I seen a caseworker at the front desk at Grace Grapevine hugging someone who came in for assistance. They are so nice and patient. I love the positivity they give off. On Monday November 25, 2024 I arrive at CCA at 9am to fill out an application for rental assistance. When you walk in you're required to grab a number. I grabbed my number and I was #51. I didn't have all my documentation ready so I did have to use their printing room while I was waiting to be called. CCA takes walk ins from 9am to 11am (if your number isn't called by 11am then you have to come back at 1pm, as they close the office for lunch from 11am to 1pm.) Unfortunately my number.was not called by 11am so I had to come back. When you return to the office you're required to pull a new number (so you'll have a new place in line.) I got back in line at 11:50am at the front door (first in line.) The doors opened back at 1pm, grabbed my number. My number was called around 1:05pm. I went to the front desk, the rude woman checked to make sure I had all my documents. I was missing my ledger. I requested my landlord send it to me. He was able to send it about an hour later (maybe a little over.) In order to receive an appointment with the caseworker, you have to have all documentation ready. The rude lady looked over my ledger and added it to my documentation in which she kept and created me a file. Now that I had all my documentation, I was given an appointment for Monday December 2 at 9:45am. On Monday, December 2, which is today I arrived at 9:40 AM , spoke with the rude lady at the front to inform her I was there for my appointment. She said "okay you can have a seat." Right as I was about to walk to my seat she got my attention so I turned back around and she asked (while holding my ledger in her hand) "are you more than one month behind on rent, because we're only helping for December..?" I informed her that I was more than one month behind on rent, and that she should be aware of that because she has all my documentation and a form clearly stating that I am more than one month behind. She then says "Well, unfortunately I have to cancel your appointment and we cannot help you. Per our guidelines you can not be more than one month behind. Of course I was disappointed and I told her it was okay for me to only receive one month help, my landlord is doing his best to work with me. I also said to her "You knew I was more than one month behind a week ago. Why would you even waste my time coming up here?" Genuine question. People make mistakes and I would've accepted and appreciated if she told me that she overlooked it, but nope the rude lady got Loud (at a Christian organization..) I'm the only one that should be frustrated, I am behind on my bills and being told they can't help me after spending 8 hours of my life at CCA. I would've rather spent that 8 hours volunteering there because they clearly need more reps assisting the amount of people coming in requesting help. They need loving help. People who have a passion in helping and serving. Although I am sad and very disappointed that I won't be able to get the help that I need. I am more disappointed in the way that I was treated and talk to. Not once did I get loud (raise my tone.) The representative at the front desk needs to be talked to and reminded that that is a Christian organization and she should be a rep representing Jesus Christ. I am being very honest when I say that your donation should go elsewhere. I am a single mother and I am five months pregnant. I am very emotional right now and that lady, that rude lady needs to learn how to talk to people.

I was here today shopping and I found 2 items.I went to buy the product. A spanish lady came up…read moreand look at the items. She told me she could not sell the product, because the tags are wrong on them. She also told me that people are changing tags. I told her I don't have anything too do with other customers. She told me they keep an eye on they one that keep doing it. I would have to come back next week ,to buy them because they must fix the tags. She acked like I changed the tags. I kidly explain to her I have not changed any tags. She told me I never said u did. I told her nicely I wanted to make sure that she knew that. Please understand that the Spanish customers can go changed tags on Goodwill products and mangers never say anying to them. They can ask the manager can u lower the price. The manger of thier color will .I am not the only costumer that have seen this. Other race can ask the Spanish mangers at this store can, they lower the price on a product that is broken or damaged. They will say we can't its against our store policy. If That is very wrong and not fair to me.I ask her are u saying I was changing tags. She tells me no and I never said that. I called the store later and ask for my money. She said u can't come back to the store. I am very sick of all of the Race discrimination. It's not my fault she doesn't like black people. I pulled back plastic that was put over the old DVD player to see if it was damaged. Then I looked through it to make sure it had all the card and the remote control.I pull the card out and took it over to plug it in to make sure it works. It came on. I went over and took tape off the old coffee pot so I could tape the card to the old DVD player. So she accused me of stealing.I'm still in the store. I asked her, let me see the video tape. She tells me it's against company policy to let a customer look at it. She tells me I never said u did anything. She only acked disrespectful to me when I called the store. She never acked disrespectful in person with me. People should stop giving Goodwill stuff if their manger going to ack out. She told me I am going to show the police the video. I ask her can I come back to your store and see the video with the police . She tells me no u can't its against company policy. But she keeping to me I never said that u did anything like that on our video. I told her you're accusing me of crime and you refuse to let me see the video. She said , again , I never choose you of anything. My two grandchildren they are mix with Spanish and my sister is also .My sister children are Spanish and White. I would give my last breath for them. What I don't understand is why can the manager see thier on race take of price tags off Goodwill products ,and it has not been taken to the cashier to be paid for. The Spanish customers are walking around with the price tag that should be on product .So other customers can not pick it up and buy it. The Spanish customers taking the tags up and pay for it later .Let any other race do that and they will be kicked out the store or the Police Department will be called on them. Some of the employees at this location told me this year in 2026 that mangers forc them to have thier friends and family members to write good reviews on this store. If the employees don't do it thier work ours will be cut low.One of the female employees that work here at this location told some of the customer, that mangers only care about thier yearly work bonus and not theWhitePEOPLE ,or Black People. As well they are made to work off the clock sometimes and they don't always get thier lunch breaks the employee told us. Some of us that are customers was told by an employee at this store, if they didn't show afavors for Spanish people and thier manager family they could lose thier job or work ours cut low.Prices are being made cheaper for a lot of the Spanish customers. I do know that mangers thier are big bully to other race. If u call the corporate office they will always take up for thier store mangers. When customers speak out on mangers at this location the mangers will tell u don't come back to the store location or they will call the police on u. One of the mangers here told me stupid White people and Black people should get out of the USA and she hate ICE!!!!She told me the Spanish People are going to work with the Muslim people and take American back. The Spanish will take the USA from the Muslim People in the long run.She told me Trump should be shipped with all the White People and Black people. Because they have destroyed the Spanish people country and land. This is was thier land befor the White PEOPLE took it from the Spanish race. She told me she hate President Trump and he has taken the Spanish people land in the USA.The mangers at this location she has long curly black hair .Her eye's look kind of green or maybe hazel and she is kind of heavy set .
