The rack shape made it hard to swipe through clothes, or even get a cart around the store. I've never seen a store not have rows of straight racks...! The selection here is VERY Colorado. As someone visiting from out of state, I loved seeing the differences: lots of Colombia, Duluth Trading Co, etc. so some great brand finds can be had here. Lots of college student clothes and CU gear here too. They had just put out Halloween costumes and decor so that took over a good amount of the store, but you could still navigate it decently. I'm SO sad that most Goodwills - including this one - have moved away from dressing rooms. It forces people to try things on out in the open in front of the mirrors. Service at the counter was friendly and quick: I found a sweatshirt and two tops that came home with me!

It used to be a reliable place to get any type of building supplies at decent used quality for a "this has definitely been used" price. Now it's wildly overpriced. This review is almost more for me to remember to stop driving down to Boulder to try shopping here. Example: selling the 15gal barrels they receive their deicing salt in for winter - for $15. Barrels seem to be priced at $1/gal now, even when they're deformed or broken. So expect to pay $5 for a 5-gal bucket, $35 for a 35gal can and $50 for a 55gal. Saw $45 for a utility sink made of the same cheap plastic as Walmart Adirondack chairs - not the older, indestructible molded utility sink type. Bent and broken rakes and shovels for $5-20. It's just wild. Pieces of pallets are priced as though they're new stock lumber, and they don't even list the lumber prices anymore (were they to have any, which they didn't)... with the way everything else is priced, there's no way I'll even bother checking. At this point it's cheaper and more reliable to buy new from Home Depot which is beside the point of this place and it sucks!! The quality of used goods did not improve in the past 2 years, so why the price tripled is beyond me, but it's not worth it. Bye, Resource Central. I really loved you while you were affordable. This one, you can simply drive up, and someone will come out to help you unload your car. Or you can simply deposit things in the outside bins. Very efficient. They have the tax donation receipts outside, so you can just grab one instead of waiting for someone to bring one to you. Parking is convenient. I prefer donating to ARC as opposed to Goodwill or the Salvation Army because reasons.

And they have an area with accessories from Claire's. Shoes and handbags, electronics, furniture, housewares, decor. So many area to look through. The restroom was clean and there are fitting rooms. I like that. It's hard to buy clothes when you can't try things on. The associate was not as attentive - I stood waiting to be rung up and was ignored. Then mumbling so I couldn't hear him. Goodwill associates are perkier. It's not that convenient a location so I'm not sure I'll frequent this place. But it helped while away my time.
