    Cargo pants $5.50-Superior value.

Goodwill at the southeast corner of Rural & Ray in Chandler. The store is very large with a large inventory. I needed pants and found the perfect size and type cargo pants with alot of pockets. The price was only $5.50 making for superior value. Service was outstanding by Manager Austin. He was very helpful and fast. Top 10 Goodwill in Arizona.

Nice enough Goodwill but like the others it has gone terribly expensive. 7 to $10 for a skirt. Almost $5 for a stuffed animal about 10 in tall. Purple water bottles for $1.50 that Walmart is selling for $0.50 each brand new as of a couple days ago when I was in there. Like I said before I save lots of money by going to the Goodwill because everything is so expensive I end up not buying it. I found one item for 50% off and three $3 items that I got my senior discount of 25% off and spent about $8. The young man who rang me up was very friendly and pleasant.

There is no "up and down." This place is a labyrinth designed by someone who said, "What if we hid Narnia behind every dresser?" I got lost at least three times. Possibly four. At one point I genuinely forgot: What I came for, which direction I entered... who I am as a person. Every time I thought I found the "main path," I'd turn a corner and BAM! secret pocket room. Hidden alcove. Side quest unlocked. Now, to be fair, if you are someone who enjoys treasure hunting, rummaging, discovering trinkets you didn't know you needed, and time traveling, this is your Disneyland. There is stuff. So much stuff. Trinkets. Bobbles. Whatnots, galore. Things your grandma had. Things your grandma refused to have. I went in looking for one very specific item. I did not find it. I did, however, find three existential moments and mild spatial disorientation. Did I have a good time? Yes. Did I leave with what I needed? No. Did I briefly consider dropping breadcrumbs to find my way out? Also yes. Three stars because it's impressive, chaotic, and an adventure... but if you go in with a mission, be prepared to lose it. Possibly along with your sense of direction. Would return. With a map.

Neat, organized, clean and the friendly staff is always there to assist. Plenty of parking, unless in the boutique most items are very reasonably priced. They do have special events like this weekend was fill a bag for $25 where you rummage through bins and fill a 13g garbage bag and pay 1 price. Lots of buns to go through, after half an hour we left empty handed as we weren't lucky to find anything in our sizes we liked. In the store inventory is not overwhelming you can get through the store rather quickly. Smaller sizes have more options then in the larger sizes. Sometimes I luck out on shoes more than clothes. Hit or miss but for the chance of scoring name brand for low price, worth the visit.

Staff is extremely standoffish and not helpful in any way with no apologies. Train your staff better. First off, wanted to purchase a $20 curling iron but they didn't let me test it to see if it works. Stated they don't have any available outlets. Why not verify that a product works before putting out on shelf. Really?? SMH. If it was cheaper I would have taken the risk but wasn't going to take the chance and potentially throw away $20 due to their no return policy. So I attempted to purchase a $5 pair of slacks only to find it was cash only for purchases under $10. I just had $3 cash in my wallet and told them I'd go to my car to see if I had more. I came back with my $3 bills and $2 in quarters that I was able to scrounge up only to be told they won't take quarters. Are you kidding me!!! Where is the logic? I easily could have found more items to purchase and use my cc but why would I give them the satisfaction when I was treated so rudely? I will never come back to this establishment and neither should you. Management and staff need to do better for their cause.

The racks are labeled, the clothes are color-coded, and for the most part, everything is super organized (minus a slightly chaotic home goods section, but honestly... that's part of the treasure hunt). I'm not even going to lie--I felt a little overwhelmed at first because there's so much to look at. You can absolutely get lost in here, so give yourself time. They've got separate dressing rooms for men and women, and the restroom? Spotless. Like, exceptionally clean--with a baby changing station too. We love to see it. Now let's talk about what really sets this place apart: there is zero thrift store smell. None. No mustiness, no funky mystery scent, no "digging through old clothes" vibe. It's cool, comfortable, and actually enjoyable to shop in. You feel like you're in a regular retail store... just scoring insane deals. Prices? Don't even get me started. I grabbed three items for $21. Shirts were around $4, jackets about $10, and yes--they even have wedding dresses (I saw one for $95!). Like... be serious. The store itself is clean, the floors looked well-maintained, and it's clearly family-friendly--I saw kids just casually walking around, living their best lives. Honestly, I'm a little put off that we don't have this chain in my state because this place is a whole experience. If you love thrifting but hate the chaos and the smell, this is your spot. AND, a major plus is "Whenever you donate or shop at a Deseret Industries location, you are contributing to our mission by helping individuals access resources that will help them succeed in future jobs" (https://www.deseretindustries.org).

Having personally experienced the care hospice provides, shopping here felt deeper than just finding great deals--it felt like giving back. The store offers everything you'd expect from a thrift shop--housewares, artwork, furniture, clothing, jewelry, and even essentials like diapers and Depends. But what sets it apart is their boutique section, featuring higher-end items at fantastic prices. On top of that, they run additional discounts based on colored tags--I literally had to take a picture to keep track of all the deals! The organization here is impressive. Clothing is neatly arranged by size, and even the shoes are sorted the same way, which makes browsing so much easier. The displays are classy, giving the shop an elevated, boutique-like feel rather than a typical thrift store vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. They have one restroom, which was clean, and three fitting rooms. The fitting rooms are a bit on the tight side, so it may be challenging for wheelchair access, but they are functional. Overall, this shop has such good energy--great finds, thoughtful organization, and a meaningful mission. It's one of those places where you leave feeling good about what you bought and where your money is going.

Deals are clearly marked on multiple white boards within the store. So many affordable items so little time. You'll find yourself starting with a couple of items, then a handful, then you'll ask where the shopping carts are (they are up front). Happens every time. I was just in yesterday with a few minutes to browse before they closed. Walked out with 21 DVDs and three Star Wars novels. I first found out about White Dove from my late grandma. She recommended the one in Phoenix near where she lived. Been going to many of the Valley stores since. This one just happens to be within walking distance of our house in the East Valley. We have seen this store thrive in a spot which used to rotate different businesses in and out every few years. Nice to have some stability in our neighborhood plaza - and one which raises money for Hospice of the Valley. We have not only seen them do well, but years ago they even expanded. The store has a very nice addition to the West side of their store with larger items, paintings, and collectibles for sale. Highly recommend White Dove for your thrifting adventures.
