This Goodwill location is pretty large and offers a huge selection of clothing for men, women, and kids, which is definitely a plus. If you're shopping for clothes, you can find some great deals--I picked up items starting around $2.50, so the pricing was very reasonable. The store itself felt airy and clean, and I appreciated that it didn't have that typical musty thrift store smell. The staff was also friendly, which made the experience more pleasant. That said, the HomeGoods and knickknack sections really need improvement. Items were piled on top of each other and placed haphazardly, making it difficult to browse and increasing the chance of things getting damaged. There was an area that seemed to be for home accessories, but it lacked any real organization and honestly felt more like a junkyard than a curated section. I will never ever donate to Goodwill again I mistakenly put my sew machine cord in a gaming system box i donated at 11 am and went to the location at 3 pm when i realized what must have happened and they would not even look The manager was rude and would not even look to see if the cord was sorted and in the back in another box. I was looking for items for my grandson's Halloween costume. While their prices are WAY too high, it was cheaper than buying a regular costume. HOWEVER, they don't have anywhere to try clothes on (my grandson was with me), so I bought 2 shorts so he could try them on at home and then I would return one. I used my credit card for the purchase, but when I returned one shorts, they gave me a gift card instead of refunding my credit card! They don't tell you that up front, so then you either lose that money, or buy something else that you don't want, or give it away (which is still a loss to me). As thrift stores go this one is quite nice and the people are very friendly. We purchased some thing that didn't actually fit so we're able to return it pretty easily with the receipt within seven days. They don't allow anyone to try things on currently so make sure you're able to bring things back if they don't work. Everything was laid out pretty logically and they had a lot of great options. The spot was clean and seem to be well-maintained which is always a plus. I would definitely go back there to look for other things when in the area. read more

Nice enough Goodwill but like the others it has gone terribly expensive. 7 to $10 for a skirt. Almost $5 for a stuffed animal about 10 in tall. Purple water bottles for $1.50 that Walmart is selling for $0.50 each brand new as of a couple days ago when I was in there. Like I said before I save lots of money by going to the Goodwill because everything is so expensive I end up not buying it. I went to the Goodwill today and when I paid I wanted a bag for my items. I was told that I would have to pay 10 cents for each plastic bag. I told the employee that all of their merchandise is donated by the public and that I have always donated hundreds of items to Goodwill. I shop al over the country and this is the first time I've heard of paying for a plastic bag in Arizona. It's ridiculous!! It's pure corporate GREED!! I'm appalled! I have talked to several people and they have mentioned to me that they too will no longer donate to Goodwill or even shop there any longer because of this new ridiculous order. I'm letting everyone know that they should stop shopping at Goodwill because of corporate greed. Goodwill also asks if you want to round up your change. When is enough enough? Old Frys store empty for years converted into a Goodwill. Seems quite clean and together still. Lots of products, ample room in aisles, polite and helpful staff. This is possibly one of the nicest Goodwill stores I have been in, ever. read more

The manager at this place is not friendly at all, I was there today and wanted to buy a piece of jewelry, the tag just fell off on the floor and she went in the back made a new tag and priced the jewelry from 3.29$ to 5.29 $ , when I told her that the jewelry was only 3.29 she didn't believe me and treated me like a scammer. I spend soo much money at this location and it is frustrating to be treated like that. I don't know her name but she usually closes every night and has white hair. Horrible customer service, definitely won't be donating here again. Went to donate a few bags of items today (didn't even fill one whole bin) and the man who was working in the back of the store was incredibly rude to my brother and I. We both said hello, no response. We start loading things into the bin and he is giving us the dirtiest looks and even shaking his head at us! At one point he had his arms on the bin looking like he was trying to push it away before we were done loading it, but he wasn't moving, so I said "excuse me" with a large bag in my hands and he didn't move... had to walk around him to place the bag inside the bin. We finish, say thanks, he again says nothing and still has the nastiest look on his face. Definitely not coming back to this location again. read more

I've visited this location several times over the past few weeks & have had pleasant shopping experiences each time. I found great costumes, used clothing items & toys. I just find it really annoying that their dressing rooms are closed, their clothes are overpriced, and they do not accept any type of returns without a receipt. I completely wasted $30 on clothes that don't fit me because I didn't make sure the cashier gave me my receipt when I initially bought them. Most stores at least offer store credit without a receipt, so I'm really disappointed about this one read more

I will never return to this location. We donate to goodwill and we shop regularly. In fact, were treasure hunting at Goodwill every other week. What is normally a good family shopping experience was turned into an awkward, uncomfortable experience today by how we were treated by a cashier. First off, she shouted at our kids for grabbing an ice cream which we told them they could grab, we let her know we would be paying for it but her approach was rude. We always let the kids grab an ice cream just before check out and no one has ever told us they needed to pay for it first, it's not like they were opening it. Then to throw insult to injury she came to the cashier checking us out to review what we're paying for and what was in the kids 1.99 bag of random toys. Yes! She tried to count the little toys. All while looking at us with this sneer on her face. Her behavior was so bizarre to me considering we had not even given her a reason to behave that way. this is not a thrift store anymore they raised their prices for absolutely no reason. it is a non profit they get over 150 donations each day per store. they make insane amounts of money. the staff here are very unpleasant as well. if you come here get in and out one of the worst goodwills. read more
