Waiting for my turn to donate

Haven't been in side but my donation experience was great. Timely and polite customer service. Right when I pulled up there was a guy waiting with a basket and was quick and hassle free.

Just $0.69 for these sand toys.

Great selection of children's toys, clothing, books and more, with restrooms, changing rooms, sweet and very helpful staff! On Friday I purchased a bag of sandbox toys and a Disney pail bucket for my little one's adventures to the nearby park to play in the sandbox, so she could have her own instead of having to borrow and be able to share too if a kid doesn't have one! So far they work great and all the kids enjoyed playing with them at the park with her in the sandbox yesterday, other than the shovels being a bit brittle and 1 cracking after I helped her scoop some sand, then again for a whole bag of sand toys it was only $0.69, which is a bargain, so I don't mind replacing or trying to mend it for her! She loved the toys so much that she put them into the bath at bath time to play with and enjoyed pouring water into the pail bucket! I would definitely recommend this location, it's a thrift store, so it's a bit messy, but a lot more organized compared to other locations I've visited! Also every item sold in their stores goes towards training for jobs for people searching, etc!

This Goodwill has kept much of the Thrift Town "layout" as it was. They have really sweet employees and some of the funniest "weird" items I've come across. Posted a pic of a giant clipboard that was funny, but there's another thing I bought that......... want to post it, but it's not 'appropriate' for Yelp. If you're looking for weird, strange, gag gifts.... check this location out!

It's pretty big and there's always good finds here. Just sucks that there's always crack heads parked in the parking lot

I ended up spending $71 on two North Face backpacks, and unfortunately, that wasn't even the worst part. On the way home, I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the backpacks. Once I got home and opened them up further to inspect the inside, I was disgusted to find what appeared to be actual black mold growing inside both bags. Items in this condition should NEVER have been put out on the sales floor, especially at the prices being charged. Mold isn't just a stain or normal wear--it's a serious cleanliness concern, and customers should be able to expect that items being sold have at least been properly inspected. I spent $71 on two backpacks that I ultimately felt I had to throw away. That is incredibly frustrating and such a waste of money. For a thrift store charging these kinds of prices, there absolutely needs to be better quality control and inspection of donated items before they're sold. Very disappointing experience, and I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting anything you purchase here, especially bags, clothing, or other fabric items.

There was a long line and only 2 registers opened. I wish they would open at least one more register to accommodate the long line. I spent $55 and bought a ton of items. I appreciate the fitting room. I wish Goodwill would bring them back. I will be returning soon enough.

Deseret is great go to for basics. Need some new jeans, a blazer, mens shirt, etc? I always check here first because they have a large array of things & sizes. My guy is tall, so we have a harder time. I also always check for blankets & fabric, as well as office supplies. Yep, for my home office. The outside area is an adventure, you never know what you will find. A few weeks ago I came for shorts and found a painting! I used to find great clothes, but sadly Deseret is getting so much "plastic" donations. Shein is taking over. I sew, so I would always find some great pieces to alter to my size & liking. The mens section is still good, but the womens is thin. Parking is always easy. The store is very clean, and Managers are very approachable for questions & pricing (the ladies, the men always seem stressed out and not so approachable. Just my opinion). The prices have gone up a little, but are still very good. My daughter lives in LA, and we always stop in when she is here. A Sacramento gem.
