They said they would try to squeeze us in. 60 miles later, we arrived at summit ford only to find out there may or may not be a diesel technician in on Thursday (this was Monday at 8:30am)but unsure. That would have been nice to know beforehand. The guy behind the desk was unhelpful, would hardly acknowledge us and didn't even have the decency to recommend another local business. They recommended WE DRIVE AN HOUR AND HALF TO FLAT LAND, and see if it would work it self out. WHAT?!? Absolutely, Ludicrous. At that time, I just started making phone calls to local mechanics. Thank god we stumbled on western Summit Mobile Service! They answered and immediately said to bring our truck right over. We were greeted by Matthew who came out to the truck and started working on the truck right away. Not only very professional but the friendliest of guys! Rocky came out and helped as well. We also learned that the truck would not have made it to this "flat land" summit ford "recommended". Unfortunately, after working on the truck for 30 minutes, they came to the conclusion that we needed some additional equipment but they graciously recommended another local business across the street and didn't even charge us a fee. We truly appreciate their willingness to help.

Rob helped diagnose things over the phone to identify the problem as a bad starter. Since it was going to take a little while to get a new part and get to our location, he suggested we go hit the slopes anyways and he'll fix it while we are out having fun. Not only did we have a wonderful ski day, but he saved us the headache of having to get it towed back to Denver and deal with the headache during the work week! I couldn't ask for a better result!

They told me to bring it by right away and that they still had techs who can fill in the chip even though it was almost 4pm. They got me in and out with in 20 mins and it cost me $65 to get it filled! You couldn't even tell that I had a chip there after it was fixed. They also have a cute office pup who is obviously the employee of the month!
