The flans were excellent and served as a dessert for 2 on consecutive evenings. We were less impressed by the bread pudding, though tasty, it proved to be a bit too heavy. A return trip is in process of being formulated that will certainly include another flan, probably a pair of potato balls, likely an additional dessert, maybe even a loaf of bread and, if the timing is right, a pernil sandwich.
