The system included a 120" projection, 7.2 channel sound, CinemaTech theater seats, and Control4 smart home control integration. I was blown away through every step of the process. The end result is nothing short of amazing. Lonnie's responsiveness, thoroughness and respectfulness were all world class. I was particularly impressed by his sense of value for money. Where other installers we talked to wanted to spend our money like drunken sailors, I felt like Lonnie was spending our money as if it were his own. He would thoughtfully point out equipment or design techniques that could save a little here, a little there, and a lot someplace else. All the while insuring that our end resulting was an amazing, mind blowing home theater. He also did a great job of dealing with me, my wife, as well as our interior designers. For instance, he very gently nudged me to change my somewhat stubborn misconceptions about the display technology we used, the lighting programming that he designed, and the remote control technology. I recommend Lonnie wholeheartedly!
